United Way
As the nation's leading community solutions provider, United Way invests in and activates the resources to make the greatest possible impact in communities across America. United Way brings communities together to focus on the most important needs in the community - building partnerships, forging consensus and leveraging resources to make a measurable difference.
- Tribridge runs an annual giving campaign raising an average of nearly $50,000 in funds donated to United Way every year.
- Our team members participate in United Way’s annual Day of Caring, helping organizations in communities across the nation.
- Tribridge CFO Brian Deming serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for United Way.
Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) Foundation
Tribridge CEO and Chairman Tony DiBenedetto is the founder and executive director of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) Foundation, which encourages and equips “at risk” youth in the Tampa Bay area to pursue careers in STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The TBTF Foundation is primarily focused on providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged area youth, improving the quality of their lives and helping them become productive citizens in our community. Together with several other generous corporate partners and individual donors, Tribridge plays an integral role in providing financial and volunteer support for TBTF Foundation programs.
- More than $175K has been raised for the TBTF Foundation Scholarship Program since the non-profit’s inception.
- Boys & Girls Club is slated to receive $20K annually for program initiatives.
- The TBTF Foundation has awarded 22 scholarships through the Hillsborough Educational Foundation (Tampa area) and 8 scholarships through the Pinellas Educational Foundation (St. Petersburg/Clearwater area), with another 8 scholarships pending for fall 2009.
Boys & Girls Club
Boys & Girls Clubs offer kids recreation and companionship so that they are not looking for it on the streets. The organization’s programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
- Tribridge has played a vital role in the development and implementation of the organization’s Strategic Information Plan.
- Our team members have volunteered their expertise and time to help this organization acquire and implement computer hardware and software for clubs.
- Tribridge continues to provide time and business assistance to fully implement all phases of the organization’s communications plan, which includes developing an intranet connecting all Boys & Girls Clubs.
Metropolitan Ministries
Metropolitan Ministries is one of America's most effective, innovative and leading caregivers, serving the homeless and those at-risk of becoming homeless in the community through a broad range of programs and services that alleviate suffering, promote dignity and instill self-sufficiency.
- Each year during the holidays, the Tribridge team volunteers at Metropolitan Ministries, packing food boxes for those less fortunate.
The James P. Wilmot Cancer Center (WCC)
The WCC is a world-class cancer center in Rochester, NY organized around a multidisciplinary care model, which leading cancer experts believe is the gold standard in cancer care in the 21st Century. WCC’s model underscores its commitment to provide patients in the Rochester area with the most up-to-date information and available treatments, basing its recommendations on the best evidence. WCC is part of the University of Rochester Medical Center, thereby allowing WCC experts to consult and collaborate with some of the best sub-specialists in other non-cancer fields.
- Tribridge has a five year Silver Sponsor commitment to the WCC Discovery Ball. An elegant affair with hope and inspiration at its heart, the Discovery Ball provides critical support to the WCC’s life-saving research and care. Cancer touches our lives every day. The Discovery Ball is a way for the Rochester, NY community to come together and play a key role in advancing cancer research and ensuring that people in its community have the best possible care close to home.
Reach for the Green Scholarship
Reach for the Green Scholarship (RFTG) is a joint initiative between the Rochester, NY community and the PGA of America. A concept born out of the 2008 Senior PGA Championship - Community Relations Committee, the RFTG Scholarship is designed to help education of city youth – especially helping deserving students pursue a college education. Scholarship recipients will be high school graduates from the Rochester City School District who have been accepted to a college or university, and has had some exposure to golf, either through a school golf program, a caddy program, work on a grounds crew or some other means of experiencing the game of golf. The RFTG Scholarship being is administered by the Rochester Area Community Foundation. More information on the fund can be obtained at www.racf.org.
- Tribridge President, Marty Glavin is one of the founding Advisory Board members of the RFTG Scholarship and is leading the fund raising activities for the RFTG Scholarship fund.
American Heart Association
The American Heart Association’s mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke through the promotion of education, community research and advocacy. The goal of the Heart Ball is to increase awareness about the risk of cardiovascular disease and to raise funds to support research and education.

- Tribridge will be a Premier Sponsor of the 2011 Heart Ball in Rochester and is pleased to be specifically aligned with the Heart Heroes Gallery – a sophisticated photo exhibit honoring local heart heroes.
2013 PGA Championship
The PGA Championship, one of golf's four major championships, was founded and is operated by The PGA of America. Each year, the Championship visits one of the country's premier golf venues, which perennially provides a challenge for 156 players, who are part of the deepest international field in golf. The 2013 PGA Championship will be conducted in August 2013 at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y. The PGA of America is the world's largest sports organization, with more than 28,000 men and women professionals who deliver the PGA Experience to the game’s more than 25 million golfers on a daily basis. The PGA's mission is to enhance standards of the profession and to grow participation in the game.
- Oak Hill and The PGA of America have appointed Marty Glavin (President, Tribridge) as Chairman of the 2013 PGA Championship.
- Marty will work collaboratively with The PGA of America to drive Corporate Hospitality and ticket sales, and to organize and direct some 4,700 volunteers in presenting the best Championship.
