Abhi Ghatak

Abhi serves as Director of the Manufacturing practice for Tribridge, where he manages solution strategy, consulting and delivery services for discrete, process and lean manufacturing organizations. He has been providing advisory services for business process analysis, solution design, software implementation, and custom software development projects to C-level executives in nearly all industries for almost 20 years.

Through his career, Abhi has been involved with nearly all of the major ERP systems offered in the market place. In addition to his deep expertise in manufacturing and distribution processes, Abhi also has a strong technical background. His experience exceeds over 200 implementations for a variety of companies including small, mid-size and large organizations, such as Intel, Titleist and International Rectifier.

Prior to joining Tribridge as Director of the New England Microsoft Dynamics Practice, Abhi was Senior V.P. of Operations at the Skip Barber Racing School, where he managed all racing operations and manufacturing of their open-wheel race cars. He was also the founder of BILD, LLC, which was a successful VAR for a variety of mid-market ERP solutions and was later acquired by a large regional CPA firm.

Education

Abhi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and is an occasional guest lecturer on manufacturing strategies.
