Cesar has a wide range of industry experience with IT/IS and project management. His technical strenghts include a thorough understanding of infrasturcture, internet/intranet architecture, and a wide range of development and integration tools and languages.  Cesar has assisted over 20 Fortune 500 companies by leading successful development and implementation projects focusing on systems integration, data security, and data integrity revolving around all major ERP systems.
