  • Tony DiBenedetto – Chairman and CEO

    Tony Dibenedetto

    Tony leads the strategic direction, growth and development of Tribridge.

    Winner of the Ernst & Young 2009 Florida Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Technology, Tony has dedicated his entire career to the areas of business innovation, customer advocacy and servant leadership.

    Tony co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful merger, acquisition and integration of seven companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 50 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribridge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading IT service providers in the United States, including one of the top five producing Microsoft partners in the world. In 2008 and again in 2010, Tribridge was selected from among 10,000 global partners as the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.

    Deeply committed to the principles of customer service and advocacy, Tony serves on Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council, where he has played an integral role in enhancing customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel. Tribridge has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business technology investments.

    A lifetime entrepreneur, Tony served as a partner with Arthur Andersen before founding Tribridge. He also owned and operated four successful business ventures, the first of which he started while still in college.

    Tony devotes a great deal of his time to the pursuit of “giving back,” a personal commitment he made after overcoming several childhood obstacles through the support of key individuals and mentors. He co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and is the executive director of the TBTF Foundation, which helps at-risk and disadvantaged kids pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math through educational programs and scholarships. He is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and former board member of the YMCA.

    Tony regularly speaks to groups on topics ranging from corporate growth to the importance of servant leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

  • John J. "Jack" Gavin – Board Member

    John J. "Jack" GavinMr. Gavin is currently serving as an Operating Partner with LLR Partners, a middle market, growth oriented private equity firm with $1.4 billion under management. Previously, Mr. Gavin was the Chief Executive Officer and President of DBM (Drake, Beam, Morin), an international career management and transitions management firm.

    Before joining DBM in 2006, Mr. Gavin was President and Chief Operating Officer of Right Management Consultants, a global provider of integrated consulting solutions across the employment lifecycle. Mr. Gavin originally joined Right Management as Executive Vice President of Business Development in 1996. Prior to joining Right Management, Mr. Gavin was a Partner with Andersen Worldwide where he spent the first 18 years of his career.

    Mr. Gavin is a director of Interline Brands, Inc. (NYSE:IBI), a distributor of maintenance, repair and operating products, CSS Industries, Inc.(NYSE:CSS), a consumer products company and Dollar Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:DLLR), a financial services company, as well as GCA Services, Inc., a private equity backed facilities maintenance company

  • Mark Israelsen - Board Member

    Mark IsraelsenMark Israelsen has over thirty years of experience in the IT industry including president of Salesgenie.com, senior vice president of global professional services at Salesforce.com, and global alliances and global consulting leadership roles as vice president at Oracle. In addition, he has also held international executive roles at PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Electronic Data Systems.

    In his current role as a board member for Luma International, Mark guides the company’s strategy for the US market and the positioning of Luma, the company’s flagship product and SaaS platform for marketing automation.   Luma enables marketing professionals to ensure brand consistency, control marketing budgets and analyze costs, usage and returns, while allowing field marketing and sales to customize every aspect of print, email or social media communications.

    Mark Israelsen has served as Chairman of the Asia Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce and is a member of the World Economic Forum. He holds a BAA in Accounting from the George Washington University.

  • David J. Reuter - Board Member

    David ReuterDavid Reuter is a Partner with LLR Partners Inc., a private equity firm with over $1.4 billion under management. LLR Partners helps talented entrepreneurs grow their businesses by providing capital, strategic counsel, and access to the Mid-Atlantic region's most extensive business network. LLR Partners invests in a broad range of growth industries, with a focus on expansion capital, buyouts, and negotiated investments in public companies. Mr. Reuter manages LLR Partners’ software and financial services investments.

    Prior to LLR, Mr. Reuter held various positions in the Growth Company Practice of Arthur Andersen LLP, which provided accounting and consulting services for the leading growth companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. He provided management consulting services including financial analysis, market research, merger and acquisition transaction support, due diligence, and business valuation as well as audit and accounting services across a broad range of industries. Prior to Arthur Andersen, Mr. Reuter provided consulting in sales, marketing, and strategy to middle market enterprises.

    Mr. Reuter holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, where he graduated with honors. Mr. Reuter serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group and Urban Blazers Foundation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

  • Tom Wallace – Board Member

    Tom Wallace

    Tom Wallace founded his first technology company at the age of 23. When he sold the company seven years later it was generating nearly $20 million in annual sales. He then founded The Waldec Group, a network integration company based in Tampa, Florida. The Waldec Group made the Inc. 500, Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing privately held companies in America three years in a row. Waldec was also on LAN Magazine's list of the top 100 systems integrators in America and won the Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year Award in 1996. In January of 1997, The Waldec Group had grown to over $75 million in sales and 300 employees and was sold to IKON Office Solutions (NY:IKN).

    Tom is presently the CEO of RedVector.com Inc. RedVector is the leading provider on-line continuing education for the AEC (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) industry.

    Mr. Wallace previously spent two years on Microsoft's Partner Advisory Council. He is also a past Chairman of the Council of CEO’s. For the past two years Tom as served as a judge for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Boys & Girls Club. Mr. Wallace is a Trustee at the University of Tampa and is a past recipient of the Entrepreneur of the year award for his alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Tom is a co-founder and past President of the TBTF and presently serves on TBTF’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

    Tom has founded or co-founded over half a dozen companies. He is also an active technology investor in various companies including Tribridge, Q-Link Technologies, SetPoint Fitness, and Four-C Consulting. Tom is a frequent speaker, panelist and author on technology, sales/marketing and entrepreneurship. Tom presently serves on the Board of Directors of Tribridge, SetPoint Fitness and RedVector.com, Inc., in the past he has served on the Boards of Q-Link Technologies (sold to Adobe), System One Technical (sold to TMP), and Fortress Technologies (raised $15m from Liberty).

    Tom lives in Tampa with his wife and daughter. He has been in the Tampa Bay area for the past fifteen years. He is an avid golfer, skier, runner, biker, and exercise enthusiast.
