• Tom Wallace – Board Member

  

  Tom Wallace founded his first technology company at the age of 23. When he sold the company seven years later it was generating nearly $20 million in annual sales. He then founded The Waldec Group, a network integration company based in Tampa, Florida. The Waldec Group made the Inc. 500, Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing privately held companies in America three years in a row. Waldec was also on LAN Magazine's list of the top 100 systems integrators in America and won the Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year Award in 1996. In January of 1997, The Waldec Group had grown to over $75 million in sales and 300 employees and was sold to IKON Office Solutions (NY:IKN).

  Tom is presently the CEO of RedVector.com Inc. RedVector is the leading provider on-line continuing education for the AEC (Architects, Engineers, and Contractors) industry.

  Mr. Wallace previously spent two years on Microsoft's Partner Advisory Council. He is also a past Chairman of the Council of CEO’s. For the past two years Tom as served as a judge for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Boys & Girls Club. Mr. Wallace is a Trustee at the University of Tampa and is a past recipient of the Entrepreneur of the year award for his alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Tom is a co-founder and past President of the TBTF and presently serves on TBTF’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

  Tom has founded or co-founded over half a dozen companies. He is also an active technology investor in various companies including Tribridge, Q-Link Technologies, SetPoint Fitness, and Four-C Consulting. Tom is a frequent speaker, panelist and author on technology, sales/marketing and entrepreneurship. Tom presently serves on the Board of Directors of Tribridge, SetPoint Fitness and RedVector.com, Inc., in the past he has served on the Boards of Q-Link Technologies (sold to Adobe), System One Technical (sold to TMP), and Fortress Technologies (raised $15m from Liberty).

  Tom lives in Tampa with his wife and daughter. He has been in the Tampa Bay area for the past fifteen years. He is an avid golfer, skier, runner, biker, and exercise enthusiast.

• William Meurer – Board Member

  

  William Meurer possesses a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills from more than 35 years of business experience in audit and business advisory services, planning, and management. He has served clients in a variety of industries, including professional services, technology, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, cable television and retail.

  Mr. Meurer began his career in a “Big 5” accounting firm. He spent his first 18 years in the firm’s Denver office, where he departed as a Partner and leader of the Accounting and Audit Division. He later spent four years as the Managing Director of Practice Management and Planning/Financial Consulting Services at the firm’s world headquarters. Mr. Meurer later relocated to Tampa, where he served as Managing Partner of the Florida Audit and Business Advisory Practice and Central Florida Practice.

  In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Tribridge, Mr. Meurer is currently on the Board of Directors and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee for Sykes Enterprises, Inc. In addition, he serves on the Board and is chairman of the Finance Committee for St. Joseph's/Baptist Health Care.

  Mr. Meurer has held numerous positions in professional, civic and charitable organizations, including United Way, Inroads, Committee of 100, Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Partnership, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Downtown Partnership, Regis University, Jesuit High School, Avila Country Club, American Institute of CPAs, and Florida Society of CPAs. Mr. Meurer has also been recognized for several achievements, including Tampa Bay Partnership Founding Father, Frank Carr Partner Award and Bay Area Partner Award.

  Personally, Mr. Meurer has been a resident of the Tampa area since 1987, where he lives with his wife of 36 years.

• John West - Board Member

  

  John West founded System One in 1987 to provide Technology consulting and staffing services. John’s legacy for this success is well documented; System One, an INC 500 company, consistently appeared on the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast-Track 25 and Business 100 lists and ranked among the nation’s 500 fastest-growing technical companies.

  As a result of the strategic acquisition of System One by TMP Worldwide – parent company of Monster.com, John West assumed responsibility as Group President. In the subsequent 12 months, he was responsible for increasing revenues in North America and India from $120 million dollars to $500 million for TMP.

  John left TMP/Monster Worldwide in April 2001 to start Lion Ventures. Lion Ventures and Lion Asset Management Company are presently invested in a number of businesses, working towards the goal of developing a closely held portfolio of highly profitable businesses.

  Prior to System One, John spent nine years in leadership roles at a Fortune 20 Company. He earned his BS in Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from Bowling Green University. John is a past Board Chairman for the Tampa Bay chapter of the Council of Growing Companies and a past national director. He has also been a Trustee for Inroads, a program that focuses on Career Development for Talented Minorities. John presently serves as a Trustee of the University of Tampa and Chair of the Educational Affairs Committee. He further serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Berkeley Preparatory School.

• Tony DiBenedetto – Chairman and CEO

  

  Tony leads the strategic direction, growth and development of Tribridge.

  Winner of the Ernst & Young 2009 Florida Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Technology, Tony has dedicated his entire career to the areas of business innovation, customer advocacy and servant leadership.

  Tony co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful merger, acquisition and integration of seven companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 50 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribridge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading IT service providers in the United States, including one of the top five producing Microsoft partners in the world. In 2008, Tribridge was selected from among 10,000 global partners as the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.

  Deeply committed to the principles of customer service and advocacy, Tony serves on Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council, where he has played an integral role in enhancing customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel. Tribridge has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business technology investments.

  A lifetime entrepreneur, Tony served as a partner with Arthur Andersen before founding Tribridge. He also owned and operated four successful business ventures, the first of which he started while still in college.

  Tony devotes a great deal of his time to the pursuit of “giving back,” a personal commitment he made after overcoming several childhood obstacles through the support of key individuals and mentors. He co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and is the executive director of the TBTF Foundation, which helps at-risk and disadvantaged kids pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math through educational programs and scholarships. He is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and former board member of the YMCA.

  Tony regularly speaks to groups on topics ranging from corporate growth to the importance of servant leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Marty Glavin – President and Regional Director, Northeastern Region

  

  As President of Tribridge, Marty contributes to the firm’s company-wide strategy, day-to-day operations and corporate development (M&A) activities. In addition, he provides leadership and direction to Tribridge’s Northeast practice – including New England, Upstate New York and New York Metro geographies.

  Prior to merging with Tribridge in January 2009, Marty was a co-founder of Navint Consulting and its predecessor SiGMA Consulting. Marty has nearly 30 years of business and IT consulting experience – particularly in the areas of IT strategy and design, enterprise-wide software deployment, business process transformation, large-scale and complex project management and change management. Prior to forming SiGMA, he served 12 years with the “Big 5” consulting firms Price Waterhouse and KPMG Consulting.

  As Managing Director of Navint, Marty helped lead Navint to a national, full-service business and IT consulting firm in the enterprise solutions (Oracle and SAP) and also the Microsoft Dynamics markets – with customers, team members and offices throughout the United States and Europe. He has also directed Navint through the successful acquisition and integration of five companies.

  Marty is involved with a number of professional and civic organizations in the Upstate New York area. He holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
