Robert Sullivan serves as Director of Tribridge's Business Process Transformation practice. Rob specializes in CFO strategy, SG&A cost rationalization, process transformation, performance improvement, working capital optimization and technology deployment, outsourcing and offshore development.
Rob has more than 25 years of business experience, with 19 years in the consulting field and six as a CFO. With expertise in SAP, Oracle, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics and other best-of-breed technology applications, Rob has consulted both small and large organizations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and service industries, including Fortune 1000 companies, such as Avery Dennison, IBM, ACNielsen, Xerox, General Electric, Campbell Soup, McGraw-Hill, Readers Digest and Rohm and Haas, in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cross border acquisitions, cost restructuring, process improvevent, organization architecture, business process outsourcing and technology integration. As a CFO, he managed the finance, human resource and IT functions of two multi-site, multi-national organizations and has had operational responsibilities in North America and Europe.
Prior to Tribridge, Rob was a partner with Navint Consulting and held leadership roles with Answerthink Consulting Group, KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand. He is a native of the Philadelphia area, and currently lives outside Amsterdam with his wife and two children.
A Certified Public Accountant, Rob has spoken to numerous trade organizations on finance strategy, cost management and business intelligence topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the West Chester University, and has completed numerous postgraduate courses at St. Josephs University.
