• Scott Caudle | Director, Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV

  

  Scott Caudle has overall responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of technology, financial and business consulting experience, Scott specializes in ERP and CRM business solutions. His expertise includes sales and marketing, process improvement, software selection and implementation, account management and quality assurance services for Fortune 100 and privately held corporations across a variety of industries.

  Scott is focused on helping medium-sized and growing companies increase productivity and profitability in the areas of finance and accounting, e-business, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and customer relationship management. As a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, Scott’s extensive knowledge of financial, tax accounting and operational processes enables him to partner with clients to implement business solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, SL and CRM, effectively and efficiently.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Scott worked for a large national Microsoft partner, where he advanced from a top-selling account executive to regional management-level sales and consultant positions. He most recently served as managing director of the company’s national Microsoft Dynamics AX practice. In that role, Scott reported directly to the president/CEO and managed all aspects of DAX business, including sales, service and custom development.

  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has taken or taught over 100 software training classes in various ERP and CRM programs.

• Shannon DiBenedetto | Managing Director, CRM

  

  An expert in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and integration strategies, Shannon DiBenedetto’s nearly 20-year consulting career has been focused on helping organizations improve sales, marketing and customer service processes. From on-premise to cloud-based solutions, Shannon manages the strategic growth and direction of the firm’s national CRM practice and ensures that team member technical capabilities support the industry-specific needs of Tribridge customers.

  Shannon joined Tribridge in 2000 to develop a CRM practice and was instrumental in transitioning the firm to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in 2002 when the solution was first released to the market. Under her direction, the practice has grown by an average of 40 percent each year, and Tribridge is now ranked #2 among Microsoft CRM partners across the U.S. and worldwide based on revenue, as well as the #1 CRM partner in Public Sector Industry.

  Together with her team, Shannon is dedicated to providing Tribridge customers with the most innovative, comprehensive CRM solutions, which include on-premise deployments, as well as hosted and cloud-based models. She has also led the firm in winning multiple customer excellence awards for the development of industry-based solutions that solve specific challenges for organizations.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Shannon managed the Integrated Customer Solutions Practice for Florida at Arthur Andersen, where she responsible for overseeing business development activities, ensuring client satisfaction on CRM projects, developing vendor partnerships and managing CRM personnel.

  Shannon has served on the Board of Directors and Community Board and as a mentor for the Young Women’s Leadership Board of Frameworks, formerly known as the Ophelia Project and the Boys Initiative. She has also participated in the Executive Women’s Network for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and as a member of the Women’s Leadership program for the United Way. Shannon holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Mike Herdegen | Managing Director, Custom Applications

  

  Mike Herdegen is a 20-year technology consultant with a wealth of knowledge and management skills in business systems planning, custom application development and systems implementation projects. A co-founder of Tribridge, Mike leads the firm’s Custom Application Development practice, including strategic direction and delivery.

  As managing director of custom software, Mike is responsible for developing and maintaining industry-leading technical standards and methodology, attracting and retaining best-in-class development teams and ensuring that customers’ needs are met through the latest advancements in Microsoft technology, from .Net applications to SharePoint and Office 365. Under his direction, Tribridge has designed, developed and implemented hundreds of custom software applications for customers across numerous industries.

  Most recently, Mike is leading the effort to assist Tribridge customers in determining whether Microsoft Windows Azure is the appropriate platform for their cloud computing strategies, and if so, assisting them in migrating their existing business applications to Azure.

  Prior to co-founding Tribridge, Mike served as a senior manager at Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for the Advanced Technology Group for Florida.

  In addition to his professional experience, Mike currently serves on the Community Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Estuary Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Florida State University.

• Kathy Killingsworth | Managing Director, ERP

  

  Kathy Killingsworth has more than 25 years of consulting and private industry experience, including IT strategy and business process management, systems and software development, packaged systems implementation projects and quality assurance. Kathy oversees the strategic direction of Tribridge’s national Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice, which includes on-premise, hosted and cloud-based financial and ERP solutions.

  Major areas of focus for Kathy include growing the firm’s ERP business, continually improving the overall solutions delivery experience, ensuring that the solutions and sales process meets the diverse, industry-specific needs of Tribridge clients, and developing new ways to enhance customer service. Under her leadership, Tribridge has been acknowledged with numerous customer excellence awards for innovative ERP implementations.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Kathy was a partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) for more than 8 years, serving in several capacities, including Southeast Technology Partner, National Segment Leader for Transportation, Account Executive for the State of Florida and Account Executive for FedEx.

  Kathy is an officer and board member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and serves as the chair of the Programming Committee, chair of the TBTF Gala, and is actively working at one of the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs in Hillsborough County.

  Kathy is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also has certifications from IBM’s Palisades Consulting Institute and attended many courses at AMA, IBM and Gartner’s Technology Conference. In addition, she developed and taught courses at IBM’s Education Institute and KPMG’s partner and consulting education. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with honors, from University of Georgia, with a major in Marketing.

• David Long | Director, Portals and Collaboration

  

  David Long has overall responsibility for the Portals and Collaboration practice for Tribridge and also serves as the firm's Microsoft SharePoint expert. With more than 20 years of experience in application design and development, David specializes in helping organizations facilitate enterprise-wide collaboration through social computing initiatives, internet/extranet deployments, content management solutions, search applications and business process automation.

  David is an expert in Microsoft .NET development technologies, Microsoft Server technologies including Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SQL Server and has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since its early beta days in 2001. He has been called on by Microsoft to deliver seminars and lead architecture design sessions for numerous customers. David is also a frequent participant in Microsoft Technology Adoption Programs (TAP) and created an award-winning knowledge management solution as a part of a Microsoft-sponsored contest. He now leads a team with deep expertise in SharePoint, Project Server and InfoPath capabilities and hundreds of successful engagements to their credit.

  A Microsoft Certified Professional, David is also certified and trained in Configuring Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Lehigh University.

• Bob Riddell | Director, Business Consulting Services

  

  Bob Riddell is a 30-year technology consultant and business operations executive. As director of the firm’s Business Consulting Services practice, Bob oversees large-scale projects for Tribridge customers in the areas of IT strategy, portfolio/program management, business process transformation, change management, and the full life cycle of custom and package software development and implementation.

  Bob’s experience includes IT and functional organizational transformation, shared services leadership, process improvement, merger/acquisition due diligence and integration, global program and portfolio management, on-shore and offshore integration, and software selection and implementation. He has worked with a variety of start-up, mid-market and Fortune 50 customers across the consumer products, retail, industrial products, software, high tech, energy and professional services industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Bob served as senior director at Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting and as managing director of consulting at Perot Systems Corp. He earned partnership earlier in his career at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting division and was an associate partner at Andersen Consulting.

  Bob currently serves as Chairman of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) Foundation. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
