• Bill Anderson | Director, Marketing

  

  Bill Anderson is responsible for all marketing functions at Tribridge, including demand creation, product promotion, brand management, corporate communications and public relations.

  As Director of Marketing, Bill and his team develop and implement strategic campaigns across each of the firm’s practice and solution groups, industry verticals and geographic regions.

  With more than 15 years of technology marketing and demand generation experience, Bill specializes in strategy and planning, direct sales, Web-based promotions, events management, media relations and lead management methodology and technologies. Prior to joining Tribridge, he served as Vice President of Marketing for a large international Microsoft partner. He joined that company as Director of Marketing for the Eastern U.S. and later served as Vice President of Product Marketing before joining the senior executive team.

  Earlier in his career, Bill managed marketing for Progressive Business Solutions, which was the leading Great Plains software reseller in the Southeastern United States when it was acquired in 2001.

  Bill is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida.

• Damon Auer | Managing Director, Health and Life Sciences Solutions

  

  Damon Auer has overall responsibility for Tribridge's Health and Life Sciences practice. Damon has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of change management, business process transformation, portfolio/program management, and the full life-cycle of custom and package software development and implementation. Specializing in ERP and CRM solutions, he has served customers in the healthcare, transportation, consumer products, life sciences, media/entertainment and professional services industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Damon was a partner with Navint Consulting and worked for Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting. He has participated in large process change projects and enabling systems implementations for several Fortune 500 companies.

  Damon received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors, in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University.

• Scott Caudle | Director, Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV

  

  Scott Caudle has overall responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of technology, financial and business consulting experience, Scott specializes in ERP and CRM business solutions. His expertise includes sales and marketing, process improvement, software selection and implementation, account management and quality assurance services for Fortune 100 and privately held corporations across a variety of industries.

  Scott is focused on helping medium-sized and growing companies increase productivity and profitability in the areas of finance and accounting, e-business, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and customer relationship management. As a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, Scott’s extensive knowledge of financial, tax accounting and operational processes enables him to partner with clients to implement business solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, SL and CRM, effectively and efficiently.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Scott worked for a large national Microsoft partner, where he advanced from a top-selling account executive to regional management-level sales and consultant positions. He most recently served as managing director of the company’s national Microsoft Dynamics AX practice. In that role, Scott reported directly to the president/CEO and managed all aspects of DAX business, including sales, service and custom development.

  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has taken or taught over 100 software training classes in various ERP and CRM programs.

• Brian Deming | Director

  

  A co-founder of Tribridge with more than 20 years of business and consulting experience, Brian brings broad management and leadership skills to Tribridge. He has been instrumental in helping to formulate company-wide strategic direction and development initiatives, including numerous mergers and acquisitions.

  Before founding Tribridge, Brian served as a director in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he was a regional and industry practice leader.

  Brian has been recognized numerous times for his business and professional leadership. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the United Way of Tampa Bay and is a founding Board Member and President of the Greater Tampa Bay Hurricane Club. He also holds numerous industry certifications and has previously served on the boards of directors for APICS, several privately held corporations and other non-profit organizations, combining his management and leadership skills with his passion for community service.

  Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami.

• Shannon DiBenedetto | Managing Director, CRM

  

  Shannon DiBenedetto has overall responsibility for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice at Tribridge.

  Shannon has extensive consulting experience in which she specializes in providing process improvement and software selection and implementation services across multiple industries. Shannon is focused on helping customers with front-office solutions aimed at providing improvements in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service. Her deep knowledge of CRM processes and technology enables her to partner with customers to implement business change efficiently and effectively.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Shannon served as a Manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm. As the Integrated Customer Solutions practice leader for Florida, she was responsible for developing vendor partnerships, hosting marketing events and business development activities for targeted prospects, overall client satisfaction on CRM projects, and managing CRM personnel.

  Shannon holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Mike Herdegen | Managing Director, Custom Applications

  

  A co-founder of Tribridge, Mike Herdegen has overall responsibility for the firm’s Custom Application Development practice, including software development, integration, direction and delivery.

  With a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in business systems planning, custom application design and development and systems implementation projects, Mike has extensive experience in the service, wholesale/retail distribution and government industries. As Managing Director of custom software, he is responsible for developing and maintaining industry-leading technical standards and methodology, attracting and retaining best-in-class development teams and ensuring that Tribridge meets our customers’ business needs through the latest advancements in Microsoft technology.

  Before co-founding Tribridge, Mike served as a senior manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he was responsible for the Advanced Technology Group for Florida.

  In addition to his professional experience, Mike currently serves on the Community Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Estuary Program. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree as well an MBA from Florida State University.

• Josh Jaquish | Director, Public Sector Solutions

  

  Josh Jaquish serves as Director of the Public Sector practice for Tribridge, where he has overall responsibility for the solution strategy, consulting and delivery services for public sector customers.

  Josh has been working in finance, technology and business consulting for more than 15 years. He specializes in helping a wide variety of state and local government agencies, public transportation organizations, tax authorities, port authorities and higher education organizations select, adapt, implement and manage solutions that streamline operates and improve constituent relationships.

  Josh’s expertise is in the areas of systems planning, accounting and budgeting, process improvement, citizen management services, compliance, grants management, procurement, reporting, human resources and payroll. His knowledge of technology, back-office processes and industry best practices enables him to partner with government organizations to implement business solutions effectively and efficiently.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Josh worked in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he provided business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. He has also worked in finance and accounting for a Fortune 100 company, providing him with a deep understanding of financial business processes.

  Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA degree from the University of South Florida.

• Kathy Killingsworth | Managing Director, ERP

  

  Kathy Killingsworth is Managing Director of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice for Tribridge. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for the oversight and operations of the firm’s financial and ERP solutions business.

  Major emphasis areas for Kathy include a focus on growing the firm, client relationship management, continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and ways to enhance Tribridge’s overall customer delivery experience. In addition, she has responsibility for ensuring that Tribridge’s solution and sales process meets our customers’ needs and developing ways to continually add and improve our services to enhance customer loyalty.

  Kathy has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and private industry, serving clients across many industries. She has provided assistance with business strategy workshops, information technology strategies, business process management, systems and software development, packaged systems implementation projects and quality assurance.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Kathy was a partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) for more than 8 years, serving in several capacities, including Southeast Technology Partner, National Segment Leader for Transportation, Account Executive for the State of Florida and Account Executive for FedEx.

  Kathy is an officer and board member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and serves as the chair of the Programming Committee, chair of the TBTF Gala, and is actively working at one of the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs in Hillsborough County. She is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Former community activities have included United Way of Broward County, American Management Association (AMA), Council of Logistics Management (CLM) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).

  Kathy has certifications from IBM’s Palisades Consulting Institute and attended many courses at AMA, IBM and Gartner’s Technology Conference. In addition, she developed and taught courses at IBM’s Education Institute and KPMG’s partner and consulting education. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with honors, from University of Georgia, with a major in Marketing.

• Scott Leslie | Director, Strategic Alliances

   

  Scott Leslie is responsible for the direction, management and growth of the firm’s Alliance Partner Program. As Director of Strategic Alliances, he works closely with the Tribridge business development team, other internal departments and external partners to develop and implement technology and network alliances across each of the company’s practice groups, industry verticals and geographic regions.

  With more than 20 years of executive business leadership, alliance formation and sales management experience in the technology services and communications industries, Scott was a key team member responsible for the management and success of the Scient Alliance Partners Program, earning “best in class” recognition by Gartner.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Scott was a founding partner of PrimeVision Communications, a fiber-to-the-home communications services provider. As PrimeVision’s President, he built formal alliance relationships with companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Circuit City and Calix, which greatly contributed to producing a sales pipeline in excess of 2 million residential units.

  Scott has also served as a management executive with conglomerates Scripps Howard, Ellis Communications and Gannett, where he initiated innovative solutions to programming acquisition, revenue and video production challenges in order to increase net income at each company.

  Scott is an active member of his church and serves on the Board of Directors for Little League and as co-chairman of the St. John’s Episcopal School Annual Giving Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Florida.

   

• David Long | Director, Portals and Collaboration

  

  David Long has overall responsibility for the Portals and Collaboration practice for Tribridge and also serves as the firm's Microsoft SharePoint expert. With more than 20 years of experience in application design and development, David specializes in helping organizations facilitate enterprise-wide collaboration through social computing initiatives, internet/extranet deployments, content management solutions, search applications and business process automation.

  David is an expert in Microsoft .NET development technologies, Microsoft Server technologies including Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SQL Server and has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since its early beta days in 2001. He has been called on by Microsoft to deliver seminars and lead architecture design sessions for numerous customers. David is also a frequent participant in Microsoft Technology Adoption Programs (TAP) and created an award-winning knowledge management solution as a part of a Microsoft-sponsored contest. He now leads a team with deep expertise in SharePoint, Project Server and InfoPath capabilities and hundreds of successful engagements to their credit.

  A Microsoft Certified Professional, David is also certified and trained in Configuring Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Lehigh University.

• Jack Moran | Director, Manufacturing Solutions

  

  Jack Moran has overall responsibility for Tribridge’s Manufacturing practice, including solution strategy, consulting and delivery services.

  Jack has more than 26 years of combined manufacturing, technology and business consulting experience across a broad range of industries, including high tech, medical devices, capital equipment and telecommunications products/equipment. He has a deep background in various manufacturing modalities, including CTO, ETO, MTO, MTS, hybrid and project-centric discrete, the deployment of lean manufacturing and TOC methodologies/techniques within these environments, as well as the application of varied information technologies in support of these enterprise models. Jack also has extensive experience in developing solutions for strategic sourcing and supply chain management as well as FDA and ISO compliant manufacturing.

  Jack’s expertise in business process improvement solutions include ERP software requirements analysis, selection and deployment of software including Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAC, and SL, MAS 500, BPCS, Symix (now Syteline), MANMAN and Fourth Shift. He is also skilled in operations personnel training and management.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Jack led the North American business unit for a global ISV in the Microsoft Dynamics channel – a firm that offers a number of solution enhancements for manufacturers using either Microsoft Dynamics AX or NAV business software platforms. Immediately prior to that, he was employed with a competitor in the Microsoft Dynamics reseller community in the U.S., where he held a number of roles, including Director of the Solutions and Strategy Group for Manufacturing.

  Jack is a regular speaker and writer on various manufacturing topics, and has accumulated numerous certifications and recognitions on various Microsoft Dynamics solutions, associated ISV products, as well as a broad array of competitor products.

  Jack is APICS certified with CPIM status in Production and Inventory Management. He holds an MBA from Empire State College and a Bachelor’s degree from Siena College.

• Michael Paradiso | Director, Security and Infrastructure

  

  Michael Paradiso has operational responsibility for Tribridge’s Security and Infrastructure practice.

  Michael has more than 25 years of proven management experience in service delivery, systems engineering and customer service. Prior to joining Tribridge, he was the Southeast Director of Professional Services for Netcom Technology, creating, delivering and supporting data center solutions.

  Prior to his time at Netcom, Michael was the Eastern Region Professional Services Manager at Memorex Telex, overseeing over 300 computer engineers and administrative staff. He was a leader on a team responsible for the acquisition and integration of new service delivery organizations and held various management positions at this company during his 16-year tenure.

  Michael studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst College and the Wharton School of Business.

• Greg Pierce | Managing Director, Cloud Computing

  

  Greg Pierce has overall responsibility for the Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Services practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of extensive computer industry experience, Greg has provided strategic counsel and direction regarding systems, hardware/software, design and implementation to over 200 active customers. He specializes in numerous infrastructure services, including local area network design and integration, migrations, custom software development and the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. In addition, Greg is an expert in server technologies including Microsoft Exchange 2007, Microsoft SQL 2008, and specializes in solutions including System Center, Virtualization and Microsoft Dynamics Hardware Sizing.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Greg was President and founding member of API, Inc., where he also served as the corporation’s primary technology consultant. Greg provided clients with services addressing their platform, software and hardware design and communications needs.

  Nationally recognized as an expert in the area of technology consulting, Greg has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences, an expert witness during an industry-related trial, featured in CRN magazine and contributor to several other publications.

  Greg holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College.

• Glenn Piersall | Director, Consumer Goods Solutions

  

  Glenn Piersall serves as Director of Tribridge’s national Consumer Package Goods practice. His team specializes in providing expertise and solutions for the business challenges that many consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies face, some of which include trade promotions management, warehouse management, customer service, 3PL/outsourcing, multi-channel retail, direct store delivery, brand/category management.

  Glenn has been providing consulting services for nearly 20 years, including the planning, evaluation and implementation of information systems and operational solutions for customers in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, real estate, hospitality and public sector industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Glenn was a Senior Manager at a “Big 4” consulting firm, where he served as the practice leader for the firm’s Orlando Business Consulting Practice.

  An APICS certified professional, Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Eckerd College and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

• Christina Roy-Kercher | Director, Corporate Operations

   

  As Director of Corporate Operations, Christina Roy-Kercher manages all back-office operations at Tribridge.

  With more than 20 years of executive recruiting and consulting experience, Christina is responsible for attracting, training and retaining best-in-class corporate team members. Since joining the leadership team, she has been instrumental in helping Tribridge successfully manage national growth while maintaining the company’s core culture and guiding principles.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Christina specialized in information technology placements in the Central Florida marketplace, where she managed accounts and candidates, as well as operations and organizational growth. Her background also includes project management, systems implementations, strategic consulting and operational leadership.

  Christina co-founded Trademark Recruiting, an executive recruiting firm, after serving as Vice President of operations at Evan Thomas Associates. At both companies, she was responsible for hands-on recruiting, as well as back-office operations, including business planning, benefits and human resources issues, finance and vendor relationship management. Christina started her career at Accenture/Andersen Consulting and RW Beck and Associates, where she performed systems development and process improvement engagements in a variety of industries.

  Christina is a volunteer at the American Cancer Society and a past event chairperson for Relay For Life and a Florida Task Force Member for Relay For Life. She is also a member of the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment "Rough Riders," Inc., and the Krewe of Zingaro.

  Christina holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University.

   

• James Thomas | Director, Professional Services Solutions

  

  James Thomas serves as Director of the Professional Services practice for Tribridge, where he has overall responsibility for the firm’s solution strategy, consulting and delivery services for professional services customers.

  With more than 15 years of financial accounting, technology consulting and project management experience, James’s areas of expertise include sales and marketing, product development and strategic partnerships. He specializes in architecting solutions for the complex operational needs of construction, engineering, staffing, equipment rental, business consulting and other professional services organizations. James has been recognized by Microsoft for vertical excellence in delivering project management solutions and other systems designed for project-based organizations.

  James has a reputation for thought leadership, as well as extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products, process and delivery of business solutions. A practiced entrepreneur, he founded and managed his own Microsoft Dynamics practice for seven years. Prior to starting his company, James grew a successful Microsoft Dynamics SL practice to more than 30 consultants and two offices in four years, developing delivery methodologies and recruitment practices focused on customer satisfaction and achieving President’s Club within three years of operation.

  James has a financial and management accounting background with experience in multi-national and multi-currency environments. He has worked in mid-sized audit firms as well as the “Big Six.” Earlier in his career, he was recruited from public practice to become the controller of a growing telecommunications company with operations in Europe and North America.

  James studied at the London School of Accountancy and graduated as a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in England and Wales.
