• Damon Auer - Director - Health and Life Sciences

  

  Damon Auer has overall responsibility for Tribridge's Health and Life Sciences practice. Damon has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of change management, business process transformation, portfolio/program management, and the full life-cycle of custom and package software development and implementation. Specializing in ERP and CRM solutions, he has served customers in the healthcare, transportation, consumer products, life sciences, media/entertainment and professional services industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Damon was a partner with Navint Consulting and worked for Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting. He has participated in large process change projects and enabling systems implementations for several Fortune 500 companies.

  Damon received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors, in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University.

• David Long - Director - Portals and Collaboration

  

  David Long has overall responsibility for the Portals and Collaboration practice for Tribridge and also serves as the firm's Microsoft SharePoint expert. With more than 20 years of experience in application design and development, David specializes in helping organizations facilitate enterprise-wide collaboration through social computing initiatives, internet/extranet deployments, content management solutions, search applications and business process automation.

  David is an expert in Microsoft .NET development technologies, Microsoft Server technologies including Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SQL Server and has worked with Microsoft SharePoint since its early beta days in 2001. He has been called on by Microsoft to deliver seminars and lead architecture design sessions for numerous customers. David is also a frequent participant in Microsoft Technology Adoption Programs (TAP) and created an award-winning knowledge management solution as a part of a Microsoft-sponsored contest. He now leads a team with deep expertise in SharePoint, Project Server and InfoPath capabilities and hundreds of successful engagements to their credit.

  A Microsoft Certified Professional, David is also certified and trained in Configuring Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuring Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Lehigh University.

• Glenn Piersall - Director - Consumer Packaged Goods

  

  Glenn Piersall serves as Director of Tribridge’s North Florida practice and also leads the firm’s national Consumer Package Goods practice. His team specializes in providing expertise and solutions for the business challenges that many consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies face, some of which include trade promotions management, warehouse management, customer service, 3PL/outsourcing, multi-channel retail, direct store delivery, brand/category management.

  Glenn has been providing consulting services for nearly 20 years, including the planning, evaluation and implementation of information systems and operational solutions for customers in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, real estate, hospitality and public sector industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Glenn was a Senior Manager at a “Big 4” consulting firm, where he served as the practice leader for the firm’s Orlando Business Consulting Practice.

  An APICS certified professional, Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Eckerd College and an MBA from the University of South Florida.

• Greg Pierce - Director - Network Infrastructure

  

  Greg Pierce has overall responsibility for the Network Infrastructure Services practice at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of extensive computer industry experience, Greg has provided strategic counsel and direction regarding systems, hardware/software, design and implementation to over 200 active customers. He specializes in numerous infrastructure services, including local area network design and integration, migrations, custom software development and the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. In addition, Greg is an expert in server technologies including Microsoft Exchange 2007, Microsoft SQL 2008, and specializes in solutions including System Center, Virtualization and Microsoft Dynamics Hardware Sizing.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Greg was President and founding member of API, Inc., where he also served as the corporation’s primary technology consultant. Greg provided clients with services addressing their platform, software and hardware design and communications needs.

  Nationally recognized as an expert in the area of technology consulting, Greg has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences, an expert witness during an industry-related trial, featured in CRN magazine and contributor to several other publications.

  Greg holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College.

• Jack Moran - Director - Manufacturing

  

  Jack Moran has overall responsibility for managing Tribridge’s Manufacturing practice, including solutions strategy, consulting and delivery services.

  Jack has more than 26 years of combined manufacturing, technology and business consulting experience across a broad range of industries, including high tech, medical devices, capital equipment and telecommunications products/equipment. He has a deep background in various manufacturing modalities, including CTO, ETO, MTO, MTS, hybrid and project-centric discrete, the deployment of lean manufacturing and TOC methodologies/techniques within these environments, as well as the application of varied information technologies in support of these enterprise models. Jack also has extensive experience in developing solutions for strategic sourcing and supply chain management as well as FDA and ISO compliant manufacturing.

  Jack’s expertise in business process improvement solutions include ERP software requirements analysis, selection and deployment of software including Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAC, and SL, MAS 500, BPCS, Symix (now Syteline), MANMAN and Fourth Shift. He is also skilled in operations personnel training and management.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Jack led the North American business unit for a global ISV in the Microsoft Dynamics channel – a firm that offers a number of solution enhancements for manufacturers using either Microsoft Dynamics AX or NAV business software platforms. Immediately prior to that, he was employed with a competitor in the Microsoft Dynamics reseller community in the U.S., where he held a number of roles, including Director of the Solutions and Strategy Group for Manufacturing.

  Jack is a regular speaker and writer on various manufacturing topics, and has accumulated numerous certifications and recognitions on various Microsoft Dynamics solutions, associated ISV products, as well as a broad array of competitor products.

  Jack is APICS certified with CPIM status in Production and Inventory Management. He holds an MBA from Empire State College and a Bachelor’s degree from Siena College.

• James Thomas - Director - Professional Services and Microsoft Dynamics SL

  

  James Thomas has overall responsibility for the Professional Services and Microsoft Dynamics SL practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of financial accounting, technology consulting and project management experience, James’s areas of expertise include sales and marketing, business development and strategic partnerships. He specializes in architecting financial and project management solutions for mid-sized to large companies with complex operational needs, including multi-national and multi-currency. James has developed business management solutions for the construction, energy, utilities and professional services industries and has been recognized by Microsoft for vertical excellence in delivering project management solutions.

  James has a reputation for thought leadership, as well as extensive knowledge of the product, process and delivery of business solutions. A practiced entrepreneur, he founded and managed his own SL practice for seven years. Prior to starting his company, James grew a successful SL practice to more than 30 consultants and two offices in four years, developing delivery methodologies and recruitment practices focused on customer satisfaction and achieving President’s Club within three years of operation.

  James studied at the London School of Accountancy and graduated as a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in England and Wales.

• Jeff Wissink - Director - Apparel and Textiles

  

  Director of the Apparel and Textiles practice at Tribridge, Jeff Wissink has more than 15 years of management consulting experience in the areas of enterprise transformation, information technology assessments and strategy, enterprise systems implementations, custom application development and project turnaround services. His expertise includes extensive work with not only apparel and textiles, but also manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, retail, and media and entertainment.

  Jeff has consulted both mid-size and Fortune 500 organizations, and most recently has been heavily leveraged on business transformation and project turnarounds. His strong diagnostic, communication and leadership skills in overall solution delivery (business transformation, program management, process rationalization, financials management, IT strategy, and business change management) have made him successful in these high-risk situations, and aided in his ability to elegantly solve complex problems in these and other high-impact business situations.

  Prior to Tribridge, Jeff was a Partner with Navint and held management positions with Spry Technology, SiGMA Consulting, and Price Waterhouse, LLC.

  Jeff holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

• John Robosson - Director - Enterprise Architecture Services

  

  John Robosson serves as Director of Tribridge's Enterprise Architecture Services practice and also leads the firm’s Pittsburgh practice.

  John has more than 20 years of management consulting experience in the areas of information technology assessments and strategy, enterprise systems selections and implementations, custom application development and business process change services. An expert in Microsoft, Oracle and SAP solutions, he has assisted companies in identifying, improving and implementing strategic technology solution initiatives in a variety of industries including, legal, financial services, manufacturing, construction, health care and education. Solutions include financial reporting, consolidations and business intelligence, as well as business process improvements in finance and supply chain functions.

  Prior to Tribridge, John was a Navint Partner and held partner and senior management positions with Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting and KPMG Consulting. He also held the position of Corporate CFO for an industrial products manufacturer with operations in the U.S. and Europe.

  John is a current member of the Board of Trustees for Pittsburgh Mercy Health System, Inc. (a Catholic Health East organization) and serves as their Chairman of the Finance Committee and is also a member of CHE’s Investment Committee. Prior to his current board duties he held the position of President of the Board of Directors for another Pittsburgh-based non-profit, where he was an officer and board member for seven years. John was a founding member of the Three Rivers Business League comprised of business executives and entrepreneurs in Western Pennsylvania.

  John holds a Master of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an active member of the Andrew Carnegie Society.

• Josh Jaquish - Director - Public Sector and Microsoft Dynamics GP

  

  Josh Jaquish has overall responsibility for the Public Sector and Microsoft Dynamics GP practices at Tribridge.

  Josh has been working in finance, technology and business consulting for more than 15 years. He has experience in systems planning, governmental accounting processes, business process improvement, custom application design, software selection and implementation, project management and project quality assurance for customers in a variety of industries.

  Josh is focused on helping customers with back-office solutions aimed at improving productivity and profitability in the areas of accounting, manufacturing, distribution and human resources.

  Specifically for the public sector, Josh helps customers in the areas of budgeting, grants, procurement, reporting, human resources and payroll. His knowledge of technology, back-office processes and industry best practices enables him to partner with government organizations to implement business solutions effectively and efficiently.

  Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA degree from the University of South Florida.

• Joseph Simmons - Director - Legal

  

  Joe Simmons has overall responsibility for the Accounting Managed Services practice at Tribridge and leads a team that provides ASP and outsourced accounting to the legal community.

  Throughout his extensive career, Joe has specialized in accounting and operational practices within the highly prominent legal industry, providing back-office and go-live support, in addition to finance, budget and trust accounting solutions for new law firms, as well as law firm mergers and liquidations.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Joe served as both the President and Director of Financial Operations of API, Inc. and Director of ASP Client Services at Veelo.com. He has also worked in the area of finance and operations as Chief Operating Officer and Administrator for the law firm Williams, Schifino, Mangione and & Steady. Joe’s experience within the law industry is long established, as he has also served as Law Firm Administrator for Austin, Ley, Roe & Patsko, as well as McMulty & Company, Lovelace, Roby and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent a total of nine years in public accounting roles with an emphasis in auditing and special projects.

  A Certified Public Accountant and member of the American and Florida Institutes of CPAs, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.

• Mark Vaughn - Director - Financial Services

  

  Based in New York City, Mark Vaughn serves as Director of Tribridge’s national Financial Services practice and is responsible for developing and supporting the firm’s enterprise service offerings, staff management and client engagements.

  Mark has 17 years of business and technology consulting experience developing business solutions for world-class organizations in a variety of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, manufacturing and distribution, consumer goods and educational services. He specializes in business process re-engineering, technology strategy and planning, custom software development, as well as front- and back-office enterprise application implementations. With his program management and project leadership capabilities, Mark has also developed finance transformation and offshore integration solutions.

  Prior to Tribridge, Mark was a Partner with Navint and the Financial Services practice director for Nextera Technology Solutions Group. He also worked as a project manager for The Thompson Group and, early in his career, provided engineering services to automotive, transportation technology and consumer goods companies.

  Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

• Michael Paradiso - Director - Security and Infrastructure

  

  Michael Paradiso has operational responsibility for Tribridge’s Security and Infrastructure practice.

  Michael has more than 25 years of proven management experience in service delivery, systems engineering and customer service. Prior to joining Tribridge, he was the Southeast Director of Professional Services for Netcom Technology, creating, delivering and supporting data center solutions.

  Prior to his time at Netcom, Michael was the Eastern Region Professional Services Manager at Memorex Telex, overseeing over 300 computer engineers and administrative staff. He was a leader on a team responsible for the acquisition and integration of new service delivery organizations and held various management positions at this company during his 16-year tenure.

  Michael studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst College and the Wharton School of Business.

• Mike Herdegen - Managing Director - Custom Applications

  

  A co-founder of Tribridge, Mike Herdegen has overall responsibility for the firm’s Custom Application Development practice, including software development, integration, direction and delivery.

  With a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in business systems planning, custom application design and development and systems implementation projects, Mike has extensive experience in the service, wholesale/retail distribution and government industries. As Managing Director of custom software, he is responsible for developing and maintaining industry-leading technical standards and methodology, attracting and retaining best-in-class development teams and ensuring that Tribridge meets our customers’ business needs through the latest advancements in Microsoft technology.

  Before co-founding Tribridge, Mike served as a senior manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he was responsible for the Advanced Technology Group for Florida.

  In addition to his professional experience, Mike currently serves on the Community Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Estuary Program. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree as well an MBA from Florida State University.

• Robert Sullivan - Director - Business Process Transformation

  

  Robert Sullivan serves as Director of Tribridge's Business Process Transformation practice. Rob specializes in CFO strategy, SG&A cost rationalization, process transformation, performance improvement, working capital optimization and technology deployment, outsourcing and offshore development.

  Rob has more than 25 years of business experience, with 19 years in the consulting field and six as a CFO. With expertise in SAP, Oracle, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics and other best-of-breed technology applications, Rob has consulted both small and large organizations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing and service industries, including Fortune 1000 companies, such as Avery Dennison, IBM, ACNielsen, Xerox, General Electric, Campbell Soup, McGraw-Hill, Readers Digest and Rohm and Haas, in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, cross border acquisitions, cost restructuring, process improvevent, organization architecture, business process outsourcing and technology integration. As a CFO, he managed the finance, human resource and IT functions of two multi-site, multi-national organizations and has had operational responsibilities in North America and Europe.

  Prior to Tribridge, Rob was a partner with Navint Consulting and held leadership roles with Answerthink Consulting Group, KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand. He is a native of the Philadelphia area, and currently lives outside Amsterdam with his wife and two children.

  A Certified Public Accountant, Rob has spoken to numerous trade organizations on finance strategy, cost management and business intelligence topics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the West Chester University, and has completed numerous postgraduate courses at St. Josephs University.

• Scott Caudle - Director - Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV

  

  Scott Caudle has overall responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of technology, financial and business consulting experience, Scott specializes in ERP and CRM business solutions. His expertise includes sales and marketing, process improvement, software selection and implementation, account management and quality assurance services for Fortune 100 and privately held corporations across a variety of industries.

  Scott is focused on helping medium-sized and growing companies increase productivity and profitability in the areas of finance and accounting, e-business, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and customer relationship management. As a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, Scott’s extensive knowledge of financial, tax accounting and operational processes enables him to partner with clients to implement business solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP, SL and CRM, effectively and efficiently.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Scott worked for a large national Microsoft partner, where he advanced from a top-selling account executive to regional management-level sales and consultant positions. He most recently served as managing director of the company’s national Microsoft Dynamics AX practice. In that role, Scott reported directly to the president/CEO and managed all aspects of DAX business, including sales, service and custom development.

  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and has taken or taught over 100 software training classes in various ERP and CRM programs.

• Shannon DiBenedetto - Director - Customer Relationship Management

  

  Shannon DiBenedetto has overall responsibility for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice at Tribridge.

  Shannon has extensive consulting experience in which she specializes in providing process improvement and software selection and implementation services across multiple industries. Shannon is focused on helping customers with front-office solutions aimed at providing improvements in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service. Her deep knowledge of CRM processes and technology enables her to partner with customers to implement business change efficiently and effectively.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Shannon served as a Manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm. As the Integrated Customer Solutions practice leader for Florida, she was responsible for developing vendor partnerships, hosting marketing events and business development activities for targeted prospects, overall client satisfaction on CRM projects, and managing CRM personnel.

  Shannon has served on the Community Board of the Ophelia Project since 2005. Prior to serving on the Community Board, she was a Mentor for the Young Women’s Leadership Board. She is also active in the Executive Women’s Network for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and part of the Women’s Leadership program for the United Way.

  Shannon holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
