• Damon Auer | Managing Director, Business Consulting Services

  Damon Auer has overall responsibility for Tribridge’s business consulting services practice.  Damon has nearly 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of change management, business process transformation, portfolio/program management, and the full life-cycle of custom and package software development and implementation. Specializing in ERP and CRM solutions, he has served customers in the healthcare, transportation, consumer products, life sciences, media/entertainment and professional services industries.

  Damon Auer also manages Tribridge's Health and Life Sciences practice, ranging from cloud-based healthcare provider services and electronic medical records to process and integration consulting for large healthcare and healthcare-related entities.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Damon was a partner with Navint Consulting and worked for Nextera's Technology Solutions Group, SiGMA Consulting, Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting. He has participated in large process change projects and enabling systems implementations for several Fortune 500 companies.

  Damon currently resides in the greater Chicago area and received his Bachelor's Degree, with honors, in Industrial Management and Economics from Purdue University.

• Thor R. Bendickson | Chief Customer Officer

  

  Thor Bendickson is the Chief Customer Officer for Tribridge. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring a quality experience with Tribridge that transcends any project by maintaining solid relationships and providing value-added services to all customers and partners.

  Thor has more than 25 years of experience in developing technology-based solutions for companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Tribridge, he was the CEO of GoSolutions, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specialized in communications and business information delivery for small businesses. He grew this technology start-up into a profitable company over a seven-year period by delivering valued services at a cost-effective price.

  Thor has also served as CIO and CTO for emerging market companies in the health care and financial services industries, matching technology solutions to business requirements to build customer-focused organizations. During much of his career prior to that, he worked with growing consulting practices (IMRglobal, EC Werks, Mediacentric Group) in a number of roles, from strategic client services to corporate operations. He has served clients in industries as diverse as consumer products, aerospace, health care and professional services, delivering traditional enterprise planning solutions, as well as applying new technologies to help drive operational efficiency.

  Thor’s career began in Arthur Andersen’s Management Information Consulting Division. After eight years in the Consulting practice, he transferred to Andersen’s Technology Solutions Group, where he held a number of positions, including manager of accounting and information systems, COO and systems architect. As systems architect, he oversaw the design and delivery of a complete line of application products developed using Microsoft’s Professional Development environment.

  Thor graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Computer Science and Accounting, and is a registered CPA in the State of Florida.

• Shannon DiBenedetto | Managing Director, CRM

  

  Shannon DiBenedetto has overall responsibility for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice at Tribridge.

  Shannon has extensive consulting experience in which she specializes in providing process improvement and software selection and implementation services across multiple industries. Shannon is focused on helping customers with front-office solutions aimed at providing improvements in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service. Her deep knowledge of CRM processes and technology enables her to partner with customers to implement business change efficiently and effectively.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Shannon served as a Manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm. As the Integrated Customer Solutions practice leader for Florida, she was responsible for developing vendor partnerships, hosting marketing events and business development activities for targeted prospects, overall client satisfaction on CRM projects, and managing CRM personnel.

  Shannon holds dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Tony DiBenedetto | Chairman and CEO

  

  Tony DiBenedetto leads the strategic direction, growth and development of Tribridge.

  Winner of the Ernst & Young 2009 Florida Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Technology, Tony has dedicated his entire career to the areas of business innovation, customer advocacy and servant leadership.

  Tony co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful merger, acquisition and integration of seven companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 50 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribridge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading IT service providers in the United States, including one of the top five producing Microsoft partners in the world. In 2008 and 2010, Tribridge was selected from among 10,000 global partners as the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.

  Deeply committed to the principles of customer service and advocacy, Tony serves on Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council, where he has played an integral role in enhancing customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel. Tribridge has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business technology investments.

  A lifetime entrepreneur, Tony served as a partner with Arthur Andersen before founding Tribridge. He also owned and operated four successful business ventures, the first of which he started while still in college.

  Tony devotes a great deal of his time to the pursuit of “giving back,” a personal commitment he made after overcoming several childhood obstacles through the support of key individuals and mentors. He co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and is the former executive director of the TBTF Foundation, which helps at-risk and disadvantaged kids pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math through educational programs and scholarships. He is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and former board member of the YMCA.

  Tony regularly speaks to groups on topics ranging from corporate growth to the importance of servant leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Marty Glavin | President and Managing Director, Northeast Region

  

  As President of Tribridge, Marty Glavin contributes to the firm’s company-wide strategy, day-to-day operations and corporate development (M&A) activities. In addition, he provides leadership and direction to Tribridge’s Northeast practice – including New England, Upstate New York and New York Metro geographies.

  Prior to merging with Tribridge in January 2009, Marty was a co-founder of Navint Consulting and its predecessor SiGMA Consulting. Marty has nearly 30 years of business and IT consulting experience – particularly in the areas of IT strategy and design, enterprise-wide software deployment, business process transformation, large-scale and complex project management and change management. Prior to forming SiGMA, he served 12 years with the “Big 5” consulting firms Price Waterhouse and KPMG Consulting.

  As Managing Director of Navint, Marty helped lead Navint to a national, full-service business and IT consulting firm in the enterprise solutions (Oracle and SAP) and also the Microsoft Dynamics markets – with customers, team members and offices throughout the United States and Europe. He has also directed Navint through the successful acquisition and integration of five companies.

  Marty is involved with a number of professional and civic organizations in the Upstate New York area. He holds a BBA in Accounting degree from St. Bonaventure University.

• Mike Herdegen | Managing Director, Custom Applications

  

  A co-founder of Tribridge, Mike Herdegen has overall responsibility for the firm’s Custom Application Development practice, including software development, integration, direction and delivery.

  With a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in business systems planning, custom application design and development and systems implementation projects, Mike has extensive experience in the service, wholesale/retail distribution and government industries. As Managing Director of custom software, he is responsible for developing and maintaining industry-leading technical standards and methodology, attracting and retaining best-in-class development teams and ensuring that Tribridge meets our customers’ business needs through the latest advancements in Microsoft technology.

  Before co-founding Tribridge, Mike served as a senior manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he was responsible for the Advanced Technology Group for Florida.

  In addition to his professional experience, Mike currently serves on the Community Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Estuary Program. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree as well an MBA from Florida State University.

• Chris Joseph | CFO and Chief Performance Officer

  Chris Joseph is the CFO and Chief Performance Officer for Tribridge. In this role, he is responsible managing financial performance and supporting the company’s ongoing acquisition strategy.

  Mr. Joseph joined the company in May 2010 when Tribridge acquired Chicago-based Mercatus where he served as president and chief executive officer.  Mercatus offered managed technology services to healthcare providers, including project-oriented consulting, practice management support, billing optimization and electronic health records.  Joseph’s experience at Mercatus, where services included both on premise and cloud based solutions, present a strategic advantage as Tribridge continues to expand online services in healthcare and other key markets.

  Prior to founding Mercatus, Mr. Joseph held the chief financial officer role at Parson Group LLC, an international finance and operations consultancy that was ranked #1 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company list.  Mr. Joseph was also founder and chief operating officer of a technology hardware distributor that achieved $100 million in annual revenue before its sale to GE Capital. 

  His background also includes more than 10 years in private equity and banking and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.  Mr. Joseph is currently a member of the Misericordia Heart of Mercy Center Advisory Council and the Miami University Business Advisory Council.

• Howard Joyce | COO and Managing Director, West Region

  As Chief Operating Officer, Howard Joyce oversees the strategic direction and operation of Tribridge’s technology services and consulting organization. His responsibilities include overall solutions strategy and ensuring efficiency and consistency of service delivery through repeatable methodologies and proven best practices. Additionally, Howard has overall responsibility for the development and management of all business in the Western United States region for Tribridge.

  Howard has been working in technology and business consulting for more than 15 years. His career has been focused on designing and implementing business solutions including ERP and CRM, Web applications and technical sales effectiveness applications. His industry experience includes extensive work with media & entertainment, publishing, advertising, higher education, and consumer products customers.

  Prior to Tribridge, Howard co-founded Navint Consulting, a systems integration consultancy, where he directed national operations for Navint’s Microsoft Dynamics practice. Howard was also a Partner with Nextera Enterprises Technology Solutions Group, and worked at SiGMA Consulting and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

  Before entering the technology sector, he worked for the Alaska State Legislature, serving as the Chief Aide for the Alaska State Legislative Council and as a member of the Executive Staff Committee for the National Council of State Legislatures. Additionally, Howard founded Public Domain, a strategic consultancy providing public relations services to several state legislative candidates and ballot initiatives.

  Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.

• Kathy Killingsworth | Managing Director, ERP

  

  Kathy Killingsworth is Managing Director of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice for Tribridge. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for the oversight and operations of the firm’s financial and ERP solutions business.

  Major emphasis areas for Kathy include a focus on growing the firm, client relationship management, continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and ways to enhance Tribridge’s overall customer delivery experience. In addition, she has responsibility for ensuring that Tribridge’s solution and sales process meets our customers’ needs and developing ways to continually add and improve our services to enhance customer loyalty.

  Kathy has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and private industry, serving clients across many industries. She has provided assistance with business strategy workshops, information technology strategies, business process management, systems and software development, packaged systems implementation projects and quality assurance.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Kathy was a partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) for more than 8 years, serving in several capacities, including Southeast Technology Partner, National Segment Leader for Transportation, Account Executive for the State of Florida and Account Executive for FedEx.

  Kathy is an officer and board member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and serves as the chair of the Programming Committee, chair of the TBTF Gala, and is actively working at one of the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs in Hillsborough County. She is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Former community activities have included United Way of Broward County, American Management Association (AMA), Council of Logistics Management (CLM) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE).

  Kathy has certifications from IBM’s Palisades Consulting Institute and attended many courses at AMA, IBM and Gartner’s Technology Conference. In addition, she developed and taught courses at IBM’s Education Institute and KPMG’s partner and consulting education. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with honors, from University of Georgia, with a major in Marketing.

• Chris Milan | Managing Director, Southeast Region

  

  Chris Milan has overall responsibility for the development and management of all business in the Southeastern United States region for Tribridge.

  Chris has been working in technology and business consulting for more than 15 years. His experience includes strategic information systems planning, business process consulting, packaged software selection, implementation and integration services, application design and development services and project management for customers in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate/construction and non-profit. Chris has deep expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics suite of solutions, as well as how these technologies can be leveraged with other Microsoft solutions, such as SharePoint, to benefit the customer.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Chris served as COO and directed consulting and sales for a Microsoft and Sage partner headquartered in Tampa, which was acquired by Tribridge in 2006. He also worked for a large national Microsoft and Sage partner based in Ohio, where he managed that firm’s consulting practice. He began his career at a “Big 4” accounting firm in Ohio working on the auditing side of the business.

  Chris serves on the boards of directors for several organizations, including Financial Executives International; an emerging business that is part of StarTech; and for a local charity that provides funding to Hospice Lodge, the Alzheimer’s Foundation and the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation.

  Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University.

• Greg Pierce | Managing Director, Infrastructure and Cloud Computing

  

  Greg Pierce has overall responsibility for the Infrastructure and Clound Computing Services practices at Tribridge.

  With more than 15 years of extensive computer industry experience, Greg has provided strategic counsel and direction regarding systems, hardware/software, design and implementation to hundreds of companies. He specializes in helping companies maximize the value of technology investments and developing long term roadmaps for networking and integration, migrations, custom software development and the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans.  

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Greg was President and founding member of API, Inc., where he also served as the corporation’s primary technology consultant. Greg provided clients with services addressing their platform, software and hardware design and communications needs.

  Nationally recognized as an expert in the area of technology consulting, Greg has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences, an expert witness during an industry-related trial, featured in CRN magazine and contributor to several other publications.

  Greg holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College.

• Bobby Priestley | Managing Director, Central Region

  

  Bobby Priestley has overall responsibility for the development and management of all business in the Central United States region for Tribridge.

  Bobby is a serial entrepreneur and has been working in finance and operations management positions since 1993. His experience includes strategic information systems planning, business process consulting, packaged software selection, implementation and integration services, application design and development services and project management for customers in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, energy and the non-profit sector.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Bobby was a co-founder of Etaris Corporation, which was acquired by Tribridge in June 2004. Etaris specialized in technology consulting and application development services for middle market companies.

  Bobby was also a co-founder of the Dallas office of Clearview Software, which specialized in providing technical consulting and application development services to the Solomon Software VAR channel. Clearview Software, through a series of acquisitions, ultimately became a part of Microsoft Business Solutions in Dallas.

  Bobby is very active in his church and serves with his wife as worship leader. He is also active in the Dallas Emmaus organization.

  A Certified Public Accountant, Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

• Steve Terp | Chief Sales Officer

  

  Steve Terp has overall responsibility for business development strategies and initiatives at Tribridge.

  Since joining the Tribridge leadership team in 2000, Steve has helped to build a business development team that has driven an average annual growth rate of over 50 percent. This has been accomplished through a consistent approach built around experienced professionals, solid team selling, successful partnerships and the effort to truly understand a customer’s business. The results for the firm have included not only significant growth, but more than a dozen awards from Microsoft, including the coveted Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.

  Steve has invested his entire 21-year career in technology sales and strategy leadership, focusing on product sales, training, staffing and professional consulting. He first partnered with Microsoft in 1991 and has successfully interfaced with public, private and non-profit organizations, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies in the utilities, healthcare and financial services industries.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Steve was director of sales and marketing for ExecuTrain, a full-service technical education provider. During that time, he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities and managed the ExecuTrain partner relationship with Microsoft for the Gulf States district.

  Earlier in his career, Steve spent more than eight years at NDP/Dataflex. While there, he rose from account executive to area vice president and helped drive annual sales from less than $20 million to over $120 million, during which time the company was named to the prestigious Inc. 500 three consecutive times.

  Steve has served as a volunteer and board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Sales and Marketing Executives, Tampa Bay Professional Alliance, International Association of Microsoft Partners, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Christ our Redeemer Lutheran Church and School and also co-founded the Temple Terrace Stars Baseball Club.

  Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
