• Thor R. Bendickson | Cloud Operations Officer

  

  Thor Bendickson has nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience in developing technology-based business solutions for organizations across a variety of industries. Thor is responsible for architecting the platform to support delivery of the firm’s Concerto Cloud Services and managing the operational processes of customer on-boarding, systems integration design and maintenance and support for all cloud-based deployments.

  With a strategic focus on building greater innovation, integration, intelligence and infrastructure across the firm, Thor works closely with the executive team to implement cloud-computing strategies, Microsoft platform-based services and other integration technologies throughout all practice areas. Most recently, he served as the firm’s Chief Information Officer, where he managed the infrastructure and system applications to support Tribridge’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth objectives.

  Thor joined Tribridge as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he developed a series of value-added services and programs designed to enhance the customer experience and also led efforts to improve internal technical support processes.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, he served as CEO of GoSolutions, a cloud services provider specializing in SaaS communications and business information delivery that he grew into a profitable company over a 10-year period. Thor has also served as CIO and CTO for emerging market companies in the healthcare and financial services industries. His career began in Arthur Andersen’s Management Information Consulting Division and included leadership roles in Andersen’s Technology Solutions Group as manager of accounting and information systems, COO and systems architect.

  Thor has served on the boards of a number of local technology companies and is a member of the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment "Rough Riders," Inc. He also hosts a radio show, In the Groove, aired every Tuesday evening on WMNF 88.5 Tampa. Thor graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Computer Science and Accounting, and is a registered CPA in the State of Florida.

• Tony DiBenedetto | Chairman and CEO

  

  Tony DiBenedetto leads the strategic direction, growth and development of Tribridge.

  The recipient of numerous leadership awards, including the Ernst & Young 2009 Florida Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Technology, Tony has dedicated his entire career to the areas of business innovation, customer advocacy and servant leadership.
  
  Tony co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful acquisition and integration of several companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 40 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribridge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading IT service providers in the United States. In 2008 and again in 2010, Tribridge was selected from among 10,000 global partners as the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.

  Deeply committed to the principles of customer service and advocacy, Tony makes annual site visits to many Tribridge clients throughout the U.S. to assess overall satisfaction and address ongoing IT needs. He played an integral role in enhancing Microsoft’s customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel. Through his leadership, Tribridge has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business technology investments.

  A lifetime entrepreneur, Tony earned partnership at Arthur Andersen before founding Tribridge. He also owned and operated several business ventures in retail, business services and healthcare. Tony is dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed and serves on the board of directors of three service-based start-up companies.

  Tony devotes a great deal of his time to the pursuit of “giving back,” a personal commitment he made after overcoming several childhood obstacles through the support of key individuals and mentors. He co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and is the former executive director of the TBTF Foundation, which helps at-risk and disadvantaged kids pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math through educational programs and scholarships. He is also a former board member of the YMCA.

  Tony authors a blog with more than 5,000 followers and serves as a frequent guest speaker for businesses, organizations and universities on topics ranging from entrepreneurship and corporate growth to servant leadership and community involvement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University.

• Chris Joseph | CFO and Chief Performance Officer

  Chris Joseph is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, business start-up and development, private equity and banking for the technology, healthcare and financial services industries. Chris manages the firm’s financial growth, direction and ongoing acquisition strategy.

  As CFO and Chief Performance Officer, Chris’s focus includes shaping the business model by which Tribridge operates and measures success. He works closely with the executive team to ensure that the firm’s metrics, operational structure, human resources functions and financial capital support both short- and long-term organic and acquisition growth strategies.

  Chris served as president and CEO of Chicago-based Mercatus, a managed technology services firm for healthcare providers that was acquired by Tribridge. Mercatus offered a variety of on-premise and cloud-based services, including project-oriented consulting, practice management support, billing optimization and electronic health records.

  Prior to founding Mercatus, Chris was CFO at Parson Group LLC, an international finance and operations consultancy that was ranked #1 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company list. He was also founder and COO of a technology hardware distributor that achieved $100 million in annual revenue before its sale to GE Capital. His background also includes more than 10 years in private equity and banking.

  Chris is a member of the Misericordia Heart of Mercy Center Advisory Council and the Miami University Business Advisory Council. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University.

• Howard Joyce | Chief Operations Officer

  Howard Joyce is a seasoned technology and business consultant with more than 15 years of experience in systems planning, process design and solutions implementations. Howard manages the strategic direction of Tribridge’s national field operations and ensures the quality, efficiency and consistency of service delivery across each of the firm’s practice areas.

  Howard’s diverse entrepreneurial experience, combined with his expertise in designing and implementing ERP, CRM, process improvement and change management solutions for customers across multiple industries, provides a unique perspective for his role as Chief Operations Officer. From internal training programs and pre-sales strategies to performance methodologies and best practices, Howard develops and manages an innovative platform from which the firm’s solutions architects deliver on-premise, hosted and cloud-based services to customers across the country.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Howard co-founded Navint Consulting, where he directed national operations for the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics practice. He was also a partner with Nextera Enterprises Technology Solutions Group, and worked at SiGMA Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

  Howard began his career in the public sector, serving as chief aide for the Alaska State Legislative Council and as a member of the Executive Staff Committee for the National Council of State Legislatures. In addition, he founded Public Domain, a strategic consultancy providing public relations services to several state legislative candidates and ballot initiatives.

  Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.

• Greg Pierce | Cloud Strategy Officer

  

  A 20-year technology consultant with a passion for developing highly optimized solutions, Greg Pierce is one of the foremost experts on cloud computing trends, systems integration and deployment strategies. Greg develops the strategic direction, vision and product offerings for the firm’s Concerto Cloud Services and manages sales, service and delivery for all cloud-based deployments.

  Greg specializes in helping businesses understand, select and deploy innovative cloud computing solutions that leverage on-premise, hosted, cloud-based and hybrid models. Under his direction, Tribridge has become a recognized leader in providing customized solutions that were traditionally available only through on-premise deployments. Greg led the expansion of the Tribridge Private Cloud and subsequent development of Concerto Cloud Services, which enables customers to outsource and integrate their Microsoft Dynamics and other critical business applications in a highly secure, private environment.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Greg owned and operated two companies that provided a variety of IT managed services and cloud computing solutions for customers throughout the U.S., including platforms for the delivery of ERP and other core business applications via private cloud since 2004. He has also served as a CIO.

  Nationally recognized as an expert in the areas of technology consulting, security and cloud computing, Greg is an avid speaker for Fortune 500 enterprises, industry conferences and user groups. He is called on regularly by cable and print news media to provide perspective on technology trends and opportunities.

  Greg serves on the Advisory Board for the University of South Florida (USF) College of Business and the Advisory Board for USF’s Executive MBA Program, and is a member of Microsoft’s Infrastructure Partners Advisory Council and that organization’s Cloud Economics Subcommittee. He also manages his son’s Little League team. Greg holds an MBA from USF and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College.

• Steve Terp | Chief Sales Officer

  

  Steve Terp is a veteran technology sales executive with nearly 25 years of experience in building award-winning business development teams, training programs and strategic partnerships. As Tribridge’s Chief Sales Officer, Steve ensures that all business development initiatives support the firm’s current and long-term growth objectives, practice areas and customer satisfaction functions.

  An expert in understanding and managing complex technology sales cycles, Steve joined the Tribridge leadership team in 2000 to build a business development program. The firm has since developed a diverse team of seasoned professionals who are dedicated to helping organizations identify, select and implement the most innovative technology solutions on the market, from on-premise deployments to hosted, cloud-based and hybrid models.

  Steve has invested his entire career in technology sales and strategic consulting, having first sold "cloud-based” services in the late 1980s. Prior to joining Tribridge, he was director of sales and marketing for ExecuTrain, a full-service technical education provider. Earlier in his career, Steve rose from account executive to area vice president at NDP/Dataflex, where he helped drive annual sales from less than $20 million to over $120 million.

  Steve serves on Microsoft’s Convergence Partner Advisory Council and has been a member of the Microsoft Dynamics 100% Sales Club. He has also served as a volunteer and board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Sales and Marketing Executives, Tampa Bay Professional Alliance, International Association of Microsoft Partners and The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.
