Tony DiBenedetto leads the strategic direction, growth and development of Tribridge.
The recipient of numerous leadership awards, including the Ernst & Young 2009 Florida Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in Technology, Tony has dedicated his entire career to the areas of business innovation, customer advocacy and servant leadership.
Tony co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful acquisition and integration of several companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 40 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribridge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading IT service providers in the United States. In 2008 and again in 2010, Tribridge was selected from among 10,000 global partners as the Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year.
Deeply committed to the principles of customer service and advocacy, Tony makes annual site visits to many Tribridge clients throughout the U.S. to assess overall satisfaction and address ongoing IT needs. He played an integral role in enhancing Microsoft’s customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel. Through his leadership, Tribridge has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business technology investments.
A lifetime entrepreneur, Tony earned partnership at Arthur Andersen before founding Tribridge. He also owned and operated several business ventures in retail, business services and healthcare. Tony is dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed and serves on the board of directors of three service-based start-up companies.
Tony devotes a great deal of his time to the pursuit of “giving back,” a personal commitment he made after overcoming several childhood obstacles through the support of key individuals and mentors. He co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and is the former executive director of the TBTF Foundation, which helps at-risk and disadvantaged kids pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math through educational programs and scholarships. He is also a former board member of the YMCA.
Tony authors a blog with more than 5,000 followers and serves as a frequent guest speaker for businesses, organizations and universities on topics ranging from entrepreneurship and corporate growth to servant leadership and community involvement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
