 A co-founder of Tribridge, Brian has overall responsibility for the development and operations of the company’s consulting services and for formulating the overall strategic direction of Tribridge. Brian brings broad business management and leadership skills from nearly 20 years of systems and management consulting experience. Before founding Tribridge, Brian served as a Director in a “Big Five” consulting firm, where he was the manufacturing industry practice leader for the State of Florida. Brian has been recognized in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list of leading businessmen. He has served on the Board of Directors for APICS and holds numerous industry certifications. Brian has previously served on Boards for numerous non-profit organizations and privately held corporations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the United Way of Tampa Bay, and is a founding Board Member and President of the Greater Tampa Bay Hurricane Club. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami.

Tony has overall responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development of the company. With over 20 years of business and consulting experience, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to the firm.
Under his leadership, Tribridge has grown from a startup company to a national consulting firm with seven offices throughout the United States. Tony has directed Tribridge through the successful acquisition and integration of five companies, resulting in a compound annual growth rate of over 50 percent since being founded in 1998. Tony has also guided Tribridge as it became a national Microsoft partner and winner of numerous industry awards, including the distinguished Microsoft Inner Circle award.
Before founding Tribridge, Tony served as a Partner in a “Big Five” consulting firm.
In addition to serving as Tribridge’s Chairman and CEO, Tony co-founded The Tampa Bay Technology Forum and is the Executive Director of the TBTF Foundation focused on helping kids at risk pursue a career in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). He is also a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and former board member of the YMCA.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Information Systems from Florida State University and regularly speaks to groups on topics ranging from corporate growth to the importance of leadership.

 A co-founder of Tribridge, Mike has overall responsibility for the Florida market. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills in systems planning, custom application design and development, and systems implementation projects. He has extensive experience with clients in the service, wholesale/retail distribution and government industries. Before founding Tribridge, Mike served as a Senior Manager in a “Big Five” consulting firm where he was responsible for the Advanced Technology Group for Florida. Mike currently serves on the Advisory Board for Team Experience, the Community Advisory Committee for the Tampa Bay Estuary Program and holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Florida State University.

 Kathy's overall responsibility is to oversee the operations of the company’s ERP, CRM and Customer Care business. Major emphasis areas for Kathy include a focus on growing the company, client relationship management and ways to improve Tribridge’s overall client delivery experience. In addition, she has responsibility for ensuring that Tribridge’s solution and sales processes meets our client’s needs and focuses on ways to improve services to enhance customer loyalty. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in consulting and private industry, serving clients across many industries. She has provided assistance with business strategy workshops, information technology strategies, business process management, systems development, software development, packaged systems implementation projects and Quality Assurance. Prior to Tribridge, Kathy was a Partner with BearingPoint (formerly KPMG) for over 8 years serving in several capacities including Southeast Technology Partner, National Segment leader for Transportation, Account Executive for the State of Florida and Account Executive for FedEx. Kathy is an Officer and Board Member of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum (TBTF) and serves as the Chair of the Programming Committee, Chair of the TBTF Gala and is actively working at one of the Boys and Girl’s Clubs in Hillsborough County. She is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Former Community activities have included United Way of Broward County, American Management Association (AMA), Council of Logistics Management (CLM) and National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with honors, from University of Georgia, with a major in Marketing. She has certifications from IBM’s Palisades Consulting Institute and attended many courses at AMA, IBM and Gartner’s Technology Conference. In addition, she developed and taught courses at IBM’s Education Institute and KPMG’s Partner and consulting education.

 As Marketing Manager, Jennifer Newman directs and manages all of Tribridge’s internal and external marketing strategies and tactics. Leading the marketing team, she also works closely with other internal departments, external partners and the Tribridge sales force to ensure the company’s messaging and position in the marketplace is effective and consistent. With more than a decade of marketing, media and web development experience, Jennifer has a high sense of industry acumen which was first developed at Hydrogen Media, Inc. where she served as Client Services Director and Creative Director, guiding the creative team, developing national strategy and campaign initiatives and managing a national team of Web architects and business analysts. Prior to joining Tribridge, Jennifer also worked as VP of Development at Cyberscapes Interactive, Inc., SVP of Marketing and Technology at Imerica Life and Health and in 2003, became president and founder of her own company, Sights Creative, Inc., , an interactive agency offering branding and design services to Fortune 1000 clients. Throughout her range of marketing and technology-laden experiences, Jennifer has planned the strategy and execution of cohesive marketing and technology initiatives, managed corporate information platforms and successfully managed client relationships while providing strategic marketing and branding counsel for clients such as Outback Steakhouse and Time Warner Communications. Jennifer studied Computer Graphics and Interactive Media at International Academy of Design and Technology and holds a bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.

Christina has overall responsibility for the Back Office Operations at Tribridge.
Christina has strong business and leadership skills developed over 20 years of experience, including twelve years of executive recruiting coupled with seven years of consulting. Christina specialized in information technology placements in the Central Florida marketplace and her responsibilities include account and candidate management in the Central Florida area as well as managing the operations and growth of the organizations. Her background also includes project management, systems implementations, strategic consulting and operational leadership from her time in consulting.
Prior to joining Tribridge, Christina co-founded Trademark Recruiting, a Tampa-based executive recruiting firm, after working at Evan Thomas Associates as Vice President of Operations. At both companies, Christina was responsible for hands-on recruiting as well as back office operations including business planning, benefits and human resources issues, finance, and vendor relationship management. Christina started her career at Accenture/Andersen Consulting and RW Beck and Associates, where she performed systems development and process improvement engagements in a variety of industries.
Christina is a volunteer at the American Cancer Society, an Event Chairperson for Relay For Life, a Florida Task Force Member for Relay For Life and is a member of the 1st U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Regiment "Rough Riders," Inc.
Christina holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University.

 Andy has overall responsibility for the development and management of the Information Security and Infrastructure Practice at Tribridge.
Andy began working in information technology in 1982 and has experience in government, middle market and Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes all aspects of information technology, including information security and infrastructure services, strategic planning, new product development, and project management.
Prior to joining Tribridge, Andy founded Integration Specialists, Inc. (ISI), which was acquired by Tribridge in July 2003. ISI specialized in information security and infrastructure services. Prior to founding ISI, Andy served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer with two Tampa-based public companies – Sykes Enterprises, Inc. and ABR Information Services, Inc.
While at Sykes, a multi-national corporation that provides call center and fulfillment services to high-tech and financial clients, Andy guided the company’s global information technology strategy, which spanned 60 locations in 14 countries. His responsibilities included consolidation and standardization of technology and telecommunications, strategic planning, resource management, and revenue generation through the development of new service offerings.
While at ABR, a publicly traded benefits administration outsourcing company, Andy was responsible for all aspects of the company’s information systems. Under Andy’s leadership, his group developed new product lines to help expand the business from $8 million to $50 million in annual revenues.
Andy is on the board of the Tampa Chapter of Infragard, the Tampa Bay Chapter of ISSA, the advisory board for Florida Metropolitan University and for EpicTide Software. He has appeared on NBC Daytime as an Internet Security Expert a panelist for Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist on Internet Security. Andy was also a founding member of the CIO Council and has taught several sessions at St Pete College and speaks at Infragard, ISSA and MIS Training Institute seminars.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Coleman College in San Diego, California and a Telecommunications Management Certification from Christian Brothers College in Memphis, Tennessee.

 Steve has overall responsibility for business development at Tribridge. Since joining the Tribridge leadership team in 2000, Steve has helped build a sales and marketing team that has driven an average annual growth rate of over 50%. This has been accomplished through a consistent approach built around experienced professionals, solid team selling, successful partnerships and the effort to truly understand a customer’s business. The results for the firm have not only included successful growth but over a dozen awards from Microsoft including the coveted Microsoft Dynamics™ US Partner of the Year in 2007. Steve has invested his entire 21 year career in technology sales and strategy leadership focusing on technology product sales, training, staffing and professional consulting. He has interfaced successfully with public, private and non-profit companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 1000 companies in the utilities, healthcare and financial services industries and first partnered with Microsoft in 1991. Prior to joining Tribridge, Steve was Director of Sales and Marketing for ExecuTrain, a full service technical education provider in Florida. During that time, he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities and managed the ExecuTrain partner relationship with Microsoft for the Gulf States district. Prior to ExecuTrain, Steve spent over eight years at NDP/Dataflex. While there, he rose from Account Executive to Area Vice President and helped drive annual sales from less than $20 million to over $120 million during which time the company was named to the prestigious Inc. 500 three consecutive times. Steve has served as a volunteer and board member with Big Brothers and Sisters, Sales and Marketing Executives, Tampa Bay professional Alliance, International Association of Microsoft Partners, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Christ our Redeemer Lutheran Church and School and co-founded the Temple Terrace Stars Baseball Club. Steve is a Tampa native and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Marketing from the University of Florida.
