Tribridge offers an attractive variety of benefits and programs to our Team Members. Below is a brief description of some of the exciting programs available as part of your career at Tribridge.

Benefits Package

Tribridge provides a mix of traditional and creative benefits to cover each Team Member and their family's medical, insurance and future financial security needs.

  • Insurance Plans – Tribridge covers all or the majority of family Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life/ADD Insurance and Short-Term Disability Insurance. Additional benefits including Long-Term Disability Insurance, Vision Insurance and Family Insurance coverage, as well as other voluntary insurance plans, are also provided, most available on a pre-tax basis. Medical and Dental coverage begins on a Team Member’s start date, and coverage for additional plans is effective the first day of the month following the Team Member’s start date.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts – Both Medical and Dependent Care flexible spending accounts are offered, allowing Team Members to lower their taxable income by reimbursing eligible and out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
  • Retirement Plan – Tribridge offers a 401(K) retirement plan, which allows Team Members to make pre-tax contributions toward savings for retirement. Deductions for the 401(K) plan start the first day of the month following the Team Member’s start date.
  • Paid Time Off – Eligible Team Members accrue 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. After celebrating the first anniversary with Tribridge, Team Members accrue one additional day during each subsequent calendar year up to a maximum of 25 days per year. These days can be used for planned vacation, personal or sick leave when needed.
  • Holiday Time – Tribridge observes nine holidays during the year.
  • Charitable Time – Tribridge provides Team Members with up to eight hours of normal paid work time in each calendar year to participate in a community service activity.
  • Discount Programs - Tribridge has established discount plans with AT&T for cell phone services and products, as well as with AAA/Traveler’s Insurance for discounted auto insurance.

Bonus Programs

Team Members may be eligible for the following bonus programs:

  • Performance Bonus - Yearly bonus paid to eligible Team Members based on the overall performance of Tribridge as well as personal performance for the year.
  • Chargeability Bonus - Quarterly bonus paid to eligible Team Members based on the individual chargeability of Team Members.
  • Recruitment Bonus - Paid to Team Members who help Tribridge recruit and hire new Team Members by referring qualified candidates.
  • Lead Generation Bonus - Paid to Team Members who identify new clients or new sales opportunities for Tribridge.
  • Other Miscellaneous Incentives - Team Members are encouraged to suggest additional rewards for other Team Members who have demonstrated a special dedication of time, talent or other resources to a project. These rewards are typically gift certificates, movie passes or other special Tribridge items.
