Tribridge offers an attractive variety of benefits and programs to its team members. Below is a brief description of some of the exciting programs available as part of your career at Tribridge. Benefits Package
Tribridge recognizes that mix of traditional and creative benefits to cover Team Members and their family's medical, insurance, and future financial security needs.
- Insurance Plans – Tribridge covers 100% of Team Member Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance, and Long Term Disability Insurance. Additional benefits including Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Family Insurance Coverage, and Other Voluntary Insurance Plans may be elected on a pre-tax basis. Medical coverage begins a Team Member’s start date and the additional plans coverage are effective the first of the month following each Team Member’s start date
- Flexible Spending Accounts – Both Medical and Dependent Care flexible spending accounts are offered, allowing Team Members to lower their taxable income by reimbursing eligible and out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
- Retirement Plan Matching Program - Tribridge will match 100% of each Team Member's contributions to their 401K plan, up to 3% of their salary. Tribridge contributions are fully vested after one year of employment.
- Paid Time Off – Eligible Team Members accrue 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. After completing two years at Tribridge, Team Members will accrue one additional day during each subsequent year up to a maximum of 20 days per year. These days can be used for planned vacation, personal or sick leave when required.
- Holiday Time – Tribridge observes nine holidays during the year
- Charitable Time – Tribridge provides it Team Members with up to eight hours of normal paid work time in each calendar year to participate in a community service activity
- Discount Programs - Tribridge has established discount plans with AT&T for cell phone services and products as well as with AAA/Traveler’s Insurance to provide discounted auto insurance.
Bonus Programs
Team members may be eligible for the following bonus programs:
- Profitability Bonus - A yearly bonus paid to eligible Team Members based on the overall profitability of Tribridge
- Chargeability Bonus - A quarterly bonus paid to eligible Team Members based on the individual chargeability of Team Members
- Phantom Stock Plan – Team Members share in the growth and success of Tribridge by receiving shares in the Tribridge Equity Plan after one year of employment
- Recruitment Bonus - Paid to Team Members who help Tribridge to recruit and hire new Team Members by referring qualified candidates
- Lead Generation Bonus - Paid to Team Members who identify new clients or new sales opportunities for Tribridge
- Overnight Travel Bonus - Paid to Team Members who travel more than 30 days in a calendar year. Bonus is based on actual nights out of town.
- Other Miscellaneous Incentives - Team Members are encouraged to suggest other rewards for Team Members who have demonstrated a special dedication of time, talent, or other resources to a project. These rewards are typically gift certificates, movie passes, or other special Tribridge items.
