• Kevin Armstrong | Director of Sales, Central and Western Regions

  

  Kevin Armstrong serves as Director of Sales for the firm’s Central and Western United States regions. A 20-year technology sales and business development executive with an extensive background in the Microsoft Dynamics channel, Kevin is deeply committed to delivering value and thought leadership throughout the Tribridge organization.

  Kevin was Vice President of U.S. Sales for ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that was acquired by Tribridge, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s national sales organization and business development strategies. A driving force in developing ePartners’ cloud strategy, sales of cloud-based Microsoft CRM, Office 365 and ERP solutions increased by more than 30 percent under his direction. He also led the firm in achieving Inner Circle and President’s Club designations.

  Prior to joining ePartners, Kevin was Director of Sales for another Microsoft Dynamics partner. Over the course of his seven-year tenure there, he built a team that achieved consistent double-digit growth and led the company to being named Microsoft’s East Region Partner of the Year. He has also held positions with other Microsoft partners, as well as Xerox, Carlson Hospitalities and Ford Consumer Finance.

  Kevin was on the Executive Board of TechAmerica and has been heavily involved in the Technology Association of Georgia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University.

• Jeffrey Bohner | Practice Manager, Northeast Region

  

  Jeffrey Bohner serves as Practice Manager for the firm’s Northeastern United States region, where he is responsible for financial and sales management, team member development, service delivery and customer satisfaction. A team builder with an emphasis on vision, process reengineering and change management associated with technology, Jeff has more than 18 years of experience in information management and technology leadership.

  Jeff has managed numerous large-scale business software implementations for Tribridge customers, specializing in the distribution, manufacturing and semiconductor verticals. He is experienced in strategic planning, definition, implementation and support of packaged and custom developed software applications. Jeff’s expertise spans the entire supply chain, from procurement and production through fulfillment and resale, and includes on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft ERP, MRP, Warehouse Management and Business Analytics consulting.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Jeff served as Group Director of IT for Veeco Instruments, Inc. He also held management positions with CVC, Inc. and Auto-Soft Corporation.

  Jeff has been a member of the CIO Roundtable of Western New York for more than 10 years. He is also a long-standing member of The Young Leaders Club and Red Feather Circle of the United Way, as well as a Rochester Area Interfaith Hospitality Network volunteer assisting homeless families in achieving sustainable independence.

  Certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP for both Sales & Distribution and Manufacturing, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research from the State University of New York at Oswego.

• Mitchell Cannady | Managing Director, Western Region

  

  Mitchell Cannady is a veteran entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in developing and implementing award-winning Customer Relationship Management solutions. Mitch oversees all facets of Tribridge business in the Western United States region, including internal operations, team member development, financial management, service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  Mitch was president and CEO of California-based Spinnaker Network Solutions, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM partner that was acquired by Tribridge. Under his direction, Spinnaker implemented more than 300 innovative CRM solutions over a 14-year period for a variety of mid-market customers, including a specialized vertical focus on major entertainment ticketing vendors and professional sports franchises. Mitch has since led the development of Tribridge SportsManagement, a solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM that helps professional sports teams and leagues manage and grow ticketing, customer service and sponsorships.

  Considered a leading authority on CRM, Mitch has been at the forefront of transforming traditional CRM from a basic contact management system into a robust solution that unites all parts of an organization. The author of numerous trade articles, he has been featured heavily by the press community and is a sought after speaker for engagements that address the benefits of CRM within specific verticals and functional proficiencies.

  Mitch has served on Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council and achieved President’s Club during his tenure at Spinnaker, which represents the top 5% of Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide. He is also a member of Vistage, the world’s largest CEO leadership organization. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from San Diego State University-California State University.

• Dominic Cristelli | Sales Manager, Northeast Region

  

  Dominic Cristelli serves as Sales Manager for the firm’s Northeast United States region. A seasoned technology sales and business development consultant with nearly 20 years of experience, Dom is dedicated to helping current and prospective Tribridge customers evaluate and select on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft ERP, CRM and other business productivity solutions.

  Dom’s expertise includes system requirement analysis, solution design, business process consulting, packaged software selection and project management across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services and the public sector. He joined Tribridge in 2004 and was instrumental in building the firm’s business development practice in Georgia and the Carolinas. Recognized by Microsoft as one of the leading sales professionals in the country, he is now based in Rochester, New York.

  Dom began his career as a controller and subsequently worked for several years as a technology consultant helping small- and mid-sized businesses evaluate and implement ERP and CRM solutions. He later founded his own company, Meridues Technologies, which was ultimately acquired.

  Dom is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. He holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Sciences from Niagara University.

• Craig Hogan | Director of Consulting Services, South Central Region

  

  Craig Hogan serves as Director of Consulting Services for the firm’s South Central Region. A 15-year technology consultant with a wealth of project management experience in the Microsoft Dynamics channel, Craig oversees planning, service delivery and customer satisfaction for consulting projects.

  Craig was Area Managing Director of the Central Region for ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that was acquired by Tribridge, where he worked closely with project managers, consultants and account executives to ensure high-quality performance, service delivery and client satisfaction. Under his direction, the firm’s Microsoft Dynamics AX practice experienced tremendous growth.

  Earlier in his career, Craig was a National Practice Director managing the Microsoft Dynamics AX and SL practices for another Microsoft partner. He has also held analyst and project management positions at Häagen Dazs and Bentley Systems.

  Craig has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bethany College and Master’s degree from Villanova University. He is certified in Business Process Management from the Boston University Corporate Education program and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute since 2004.

• Ben Knight | Practice Manager, Southeast Region

  

  Ben Knight serves as Practice Manager for the firm’s Southeastern United States region, where he is responsible for financial and sales management, team member development, service delivery and customer satisfaction. A seasoned technology and business consultant with nearly 15 years of experience, Ben is dedicated to helping current and prospective Tribridge customers get the most value from their technology investments and evaluate on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft ERP, CRM and other business productivity solutions.

  Ben’s expertise includes cloud strategy, systems architecture and requirement analysis, solution design, business process consulting, packaged software selection and project management across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, professional services and the public sector. He joined Tribridge in 2008 and was instrumental in building the firm’s national CRM practice. Recognized by Microsoft as one of the leading dynamics professionals in the country, he is based in South Florida.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Ben served as Director of Technology for a leading real estate developer headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. He also worked for a Hospital based in Florida, where he managed that company’s technology department.

  Ben is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer. He was also a member of the Army National Guard, where he was trained in information technology including maintenance of networks, hardware and software implementation.

• Chris Milan | Managing Director, Southeast Region

  

  A technology and business consultant with more than 20 years of experience, Chris Milan oversees all Tribridge business in the Southeastern United States region, including internal operations, team member development, financial management, service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  Chris joined Tribridge in 2006 as director of the firm’s Tampa office before taking over management of operations for the state of Florida and then the greater Southeast territory. Dedicated to the principles of servant leadership, Chris and his team have enjoyed a 33 percent growth rate over the last three years.

  An expert in on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft productivity solutions, Chris’s experience includes strategic information systems planning, business process consulting, packaged software selection, implementation and integration services, application design and development services, and project management. He has worked with customers in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, construction and non-profit.

  Prior to joining Tribridge, Chris served as COO and directed consulting and sales for a Microsoft and Sage partner headquartered in Tampa, which was acquired by Tribridge. He also worked for a large national Microsoft and Sage partner based in Ohio, where he managed that firm’s consulting practice. Chris began his career in public accounting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers on the auditing side of the business.

  Chris serves on the boards of directors for several organizations, including Financial Executives International; an emerging business that is part of StarTech; and the McLeod DuBois Foundation. He also serves on the CEO Council of StarTech and on the board of a fast-pitch softball team.

  Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University.

• Bobby Priestley | Managing Director, Central Region

  

  Bobby Priestley is a serial entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in financial and operational management. Bobby oversees all Tribridge business in the Central United States region, including internal operations, team member development, financial management, service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  Dedicated to the principles of servant leadership, Bobby joined Tribridge in 2004 and has since led a compound annual growth rate of 50 percent for the region. His experience includes strategic information systems planning, business process consulting, packaged software selection, implementation and integration services, application design and development services and project management for customers in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, energy and the non-profit sector.

  Bobby was a co-founder of Etaris Corporation, a technology consulting and application development firm serving middle market companies that was acquired by Tribridge. He was also a co-founder of the Dallas office of Clearview Software, which specialized in providing technical consulting and application development services to the Solomon Software VAR channel. Through a series of acquisitions, that company ultimately became a part of Microsoft Business Solutions in Dallas. Bobby began his career at the American Heart Association.

  A member of the Dallas Emmaus organization, Bobby is very active in his church and formerly served as worship leader with his wife. He sings and also plays the guitar and saxophone.

  A Certified Public Accountant (inactive), Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.

• Brian Sims | Director of Consulting Services, the Heartland Region

  

  Brian Sims has more than 20 years of experience in driving strategic vision and ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft-based technologies for companies representing multiple industries. As Director of Consulting Services for the firm’s Heartland Region, Brian oversees planning, service delivery and customer satisfaction for consulting projects.

  Brian served as Vice President of Technology Services for ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that was acquired by Tribridge, where he managed a large team of software developers, solution architects and IT specialists focused on custom development, portals and collaboration technologies, business intelligence and application integration. He also served as the National Practice Director for Business Intelligence at ePartners, where he successfully launched various BI initiatives.

  Earlier in his career, Brian was a partner at an IT consulting firm where he architected and deployed enterprise-class Microsoft-based solutions for clients in multiple industries. During that time he was also a certified trainer on multiple Microsoft solutions in addition to holding the MCSE credentials.

  Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Trevecca University and a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
