Giving Back Means Getting Ahead

Our success as a company is based on our core values, and we believe the way to get ahead is to give back. That means building a sense of community among our team members, customers and partners – and identifying opportunities to make a big impact, even in the smallest gestures. As a diverse group of individuals, we are dedicated to giving our time, talent and resources in the neighborhoods where we live and work, to disadvantaged children and families.

Our Corporate Philanthropy Partner: The Boys & Girls Clubs

A staggering 11 million kids in the U.S. don’t have a place to go after school, and the Boys & Girls Clubs represents a vital lifeline. We are proud to partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs to support safe and nurturing after-school programs in local clubs across the country – and help to improve graduate rates and college readiness for at-risk kids.

Tribridge has been working closely with the Boys & Girls Clubs since 1998. In 2015, we formalized our corporate philanthropy partnership by launching Tribridge Passport for Success. The grassroots initiative duplicates programming across regional Boys & Girls Clubs to ensure our team members deliver consistent, meaningful services that drive the most impact on a local level.

In 2015, Tribridge was Tribridge was recognized with the CARE (Children Are the Reason for Excellence) award for the state of Florida for our commitment and contributions to the Boys and Girls Club movement.

About the Tribridge Passport to Success Partnership

Our partnership consists of 4 programs:

  • The Passport to Success Mentoring Program prepares teens for the working world. Tribridge team members serve as mentors and provide for hands-on activities including resume development, mock interviews and internships for Boys & Girls Club members.
  • The Youth of the Month and the Year celebrates service to club, community and family; academic performance; moral character; life goals; and poise and public speaking ability. Tribridge team members serve as mentors and judges, and also provide for incentives or rewards for program.
  • The Achievement Matters Incentive and Recognition Program ensures that club members achieve success in school, progress on-time and graduate high school. Tribridge team members host and support events to recognize and incentivize academic success.
  • The Club Tech Computer Lab Initiative is a basic computer skills program and mentorship opportunity that develops club members’ proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software through fun, hands-on lessons and projects.
