Jessica is responsible for the Customer Experience practice at Tribridge and has a background in Customer Experience (CX), Sales, Product Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She specializes in working alongside customers to transform their organizations and realize their unique CX goals.  Jessica is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and was named by the International Customer Management Institute as one of the Top 50 Thought Leaders. She has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2002, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certified in Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology.
