About a year ago, the Tribridge team set off on a mission to completely revamp our website. The goal was to create an experience that tightly aligned with the insight, expertise and dedication to exceptional service that we provide to our customers on a daily basis – through our website.
According to Gartner, by 2020, customers will manage 85% of their interaction with the enterprise without interacting with a human. Needless to say, you best set your best foot forward through the digital experience.
In December 2015, we launched the new site hosted by Concerto Cloud, built in tandem with US Digital Partners. It was a tremendous effort by many throughout the entire organization to provide an optimal website experience for our customers, prospects and partners. On launch day, we were thrilled with the end result. Since then, we've been making improvements and tweaks to make it even better.
Today, I'm thrilled to announce that Tribridge has won Telerik's Sitefinity 2015 Website of the Year Award in the Services Category. The awards celebrate innovation and best-in-class websites developed using the Telerik Sitefinity Content Management System (CMS), and recognize websites for creativity, design, user experience, functionality and overall website presentation.
Telerik, a Progress company, reviewed more than 50 nominations across 18 categories: Intranet, Ecommerce, Multisite, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Education, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Associations, Non-Profit, Services, Sports & Entertainment, Tourism & Hospitality and Graphic Design. Each category had three finalists and one website was selected as the winner through public voting. Close to 8,000 people participated in the voting process this year.
I'd like to give a special thanks to all involved in creating the new site, and to those that voted for us. This award is truly a testament to our continued work to provide exceptional service.
