Tribridge Motions Legal Market with Acquisition of Veelo, Leading Provider of Billing and Accounting Solutions for Law Firms

TAMPA, Fla. – (Aug. 1, 2008) – Tribridge (www.tribridge.com), a Gold Certified Microsoft® consulting firm with customers across the US, has acquired Virtual Enterprise Electronic Law Office (Veelo), a leading provider of for law firms, effective July 1, 2008.

Founded in 2001, Veelo provides "best of breed" software, training, backup, upgrades and maintenance solutions for more than 200 customers. Under the terms of the acquisition, Veelo has been renamed Tribridge Legal. Company founders and team members will fill a variety of leadership and sales positions at Tribridge.
