TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 10, 2009) – Tony DiBenedetto, Founder and CEO of Tribridge (www.tribridge.com), a leading U.S.-based IT services and business consulting firm, was named CEO of the Year (Large Company category) by Tampa Bay CEO Magazine during an awards program held last night in Tampa.
Nominees for the CEO of the Year award were judged by an independent panel of peer CEOs. Criteria included corporate vision, growth, business ethics, leadership and community initiatives. Forty nominees were recognized and winners announced across four categories. The award comes on the heels of DiBenedetto’s Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year recognition earlier this year.
“I’m proud to accept this award on behalf of Tribridge,” said DiBenedetto. “It’s really a reflection of our company culture and the entrepreneurial spirit of our team members. Especially in these difficult times, it’s important to celebrate innovation and a passion for service, qualities that all of the nominees and their companies possess.”
