Tribridge Adds Microsoft Project Server Expertise and Expands SharePoint Practice Through Acquisition of Orlando-based Enterprise Project Management Consultancy

Tribridge has acquired Xcelligent, a project management boutique technology firm specializing in Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint training, development and consulting.

Tampa, Fla. (May 1, 2011) Tribridge (www.tribridge.com), a leading U.S.-based IT services and business consulting firm, today announced the purchase of privately-held Xcelligent, a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Orlando that helps customers enhance project management using Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Xcelligent consulting team has developed significant expertise in process mapping and workflow, performance management and analytics for project-driven companies.

Josh Portnoy and Tommy Simon, partners and co-owners of Xcelligent, will join Tribridge along with the rest of the Xcelligent team. Mr. Portnoy will assume the Microsoft Project Server Practice Manager role, while Mr. Simon will join the sales organization as a Business Development Manager.
