TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 1, 2011) – Tribridge (www.tribridge.com), a leading U.S.-based IT services and business consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Partner headquartered in Dallas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes certain ePartners U.S. assets; ePartners UK Limited was acquired earlier this year by a European Microsoft Partner.
The transaction, which encompasses the integration of ePartners team members, multiple service lines and a sizeable customer base into Tribridge’s national operations, supports the firm’s continued focus on growth and vision to be the leading IT services provider for mid-market customers in the U.S. More than 90 percent of ePartners employees and executives will join the Tribridge team in a variety of roles.
