Tribridge Accelerates Growth with Acquisition of ePartners

Published: December 01, 2011

TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 1, 2011) – Tribridge (www.tribridge.com), a leading U.S.-based IT services and business consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Partner headquartered in Dallas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes certain ePartners U.S. assets; ePartners UK Limited was acquired earlier this year by a European Microsoft Partner.

The transaction, which encompasses the integration of ePartners team members, multiple service lines and a sizeable customer base into Tribridge’s national operations, supports the firm’s continued focus on growth and vision to be the leading IT services provider for mid-market customers in the U.S. More than 90 percent of ePartners employees and executives will join the Tribridge team in a variety of roles.

“Tribridge secured equity funding last year to make strategic acquisitions like ePartners possible,” said Tony DiBenedetto, CEO and Chairman of Tribridge. “The people of ePartners will be a great addition to the Tribridge team as we continue developing the innovative services customers need to achieve growth and stay competitive. In particular, ePartners’ deep experience in the healthcare industry, as well as their strong Microsoft Dynamics ERP practice and early adoption of cloud-computing technologies, will complement Tribridge’s integrated IT services model.”

"Tribridge has won Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year Awards three of the last five years,” said David Willis, Vice President for Microsoft's U.S. Dynamics business. “Their acquisition of another Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle partner with a sizeable customer base, industry expertise and additional, committed resources will help Tribridge continue to grow their business exponentially.”

ePartners is a national business and technology consultancy specializing in Microsoft-based solutions. The company was founded in 1992 and offers consulting, delivery and support services to customers representing a variety of industries, with a highly specialized focus on solutions for healthcare organizations. ePartners was most recently recognized with inclusion into the 2011 Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle and President’s Club, awards which represent the top five percent of Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide.

“For nearly two decades our team of outstanding professionals has made significant contributions to the success of our customers and to the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics partner channel,” said Michael McCarthy, CEO of ePartners. “This is an exciting opportunity for both ePartners team members and customers, who will all benefit as a result of being part of the Tribridge organization.”
