First Microsoft-based PSA (Professional Services Automation) Solution Offered in the Cloud

(March 12, 2012) – Concerto Cloud Services™ (Concerto), the preferred choice for integrated Microsoft Dynamics® ERP solutions in the cloud, today announced the release of Concerto PSA®, the first end-to-end, Microsoft-based PSA solution offered exclusively in a private cloud environment. Concerto PSA will be formally launched with live product demos during Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2012 in Houston.
Concerto PSA is a subscription-based service offering built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform that aligns Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a single, cloud-based solution. Designed to help professional services organizations effectively bridge the gap between prospect, project and P&L, Concerto PSA works on any web-enabled device, including laptops, smartphones and tablets, and features a consistent, role-based interface. Native integration with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook simplifies user adoption and incorporates system workflows into everyday activities.
