Recognized for Outstanding Use of Microsoft Technology, Deep Industry Expertise and Exemplary Customer Satisfaction
TAMPA, Fla. (Aug. 15, 2013) – Tribridge, a technology services firm specializing in business applications and cloud solutions, was named Microsoft’s 2013 U.S. State and Local Government Solution Partner of the Year. The award honors Tribridge’s innovative use of Microsoft technology in support of public sector agencies and organizations, and follows the firm’s win of Microsoft’s U.S. State and Local Government Dynamics Partner of the Year in 2012.
Tribridge was recognized for additional traction gained in the justice and public safety industry sector through Tribridge Offender Management, a scalable, user-friendly and cost-effective offender management solution capable of managing the entire offender lifecycle, from intake to release. The solution is currently being deployed at the Illinois Department of Corrections under a phased rollout, and implementations are underway in other states and regional jails, including one of the largest regional jails in the U.S.
“Tribridge has a continued commitment to delivering outstanding technology solutions that help our public sector customers better serve constituents,” said Curt Kolcun, vice president of Microsoft’s U.S. Public Sector group. “State and local government organizations across the U.S. are under pressure to provide improved services while simultaneously cutting costs. Tribridge Offender Management is meeting those challenges for correctional programs in a number of states.”
Tribridge Offender Management differentiates itself from other public safety solutions through its familiar Microsoft enterprise platform, which leverages Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, SQL Server and Windows. The solution can be quickly deployed and configured to meet the exact needs of a correctional or jail facility at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional solutions, with a short learning curve for users.
“We are humbled to again be recognized by Microsoft for our work in the justice and public safety sector,” said Josh Jaquish, senior director of the Public Sector Practice at Tribridge. “At the center of our technology is the desire to do whatever we can to help jails and correctional facilities better manage offenders and keep our communities safer.”
