Tribridge Taps Rustici Software to Map Learning Activities to Performance Improvement

Tampa, Fla. – (Oct. 20, 2014) – To help organizations correlate their learning program investments to employee job performance, Tribridge is now offering new and existing customers the Watershed Method, popular e-learning technology created by Rustici Software. The Tribridge Human Capital Management (HCM) and Rustici teams are currently rolling out the integrated solution with worldwide jeweler PANDORA.

Watershed uses a new technology called the Tin Can API or xAPI, which allows organizations to track learning activities anywhere they happen — online, offline, simulations, in-person, games and more — and see all of these activities in one central place, a Learning Record Store (LRS). Because this technology is now integrated with Tribridge’s cloud-based AmplifyHR platform, customers will have the industry’s only true end-to-end solution to design, deliver and track the impact of employee’s learning experiences.

PANDORA is among the first companies to benefit from the Tribridge-Rustici partnership. As the company unveils its new product line internationally, it wants to measure how new, highly customized learning activities are impacting sales on per store/per sales associate basis. The company will use AmplifyHR to develop and track learning activity across multiple sources – including instructor-led, social learning tools and materials developed by Tribridge’s HCM team, and data from this activity will live in the Watershed LRS. PANDORA will then have unprecedented insight into which learning activities demonstrably improve sales performance and which do not.
