Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Selects Tribridge Offender360

Published: June 30, 2017

TAMPA – (June 30, 2017) – The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), a law enforcement agency that serves and protects the unincorporated areas of Maricopa County, Arizona as well as several contract cities, has selected Tribridge Offender360 to replace its in-house jail management systems and other legacy detention systems. Offender360 provides correctional and other public safety institutions with a scalable, cost-effective tool for managing inmates from intake to release.

Tribridge Offender360 will help MCSO better manage such core business functions as inmate housing, grievance and appeals processing, court operations and inmate programs. The solution is also designed to replace the functionality of existing MCSO legacy detention systems while automating data input processes, reducing paper-based documentation and tracking, and streamlining business workflows to reduce redundancy and repetitive action across the organization.

With 25 cities and towns, as well as several unincorporated areas, Maricopa County is the fourth largest county in the United States and more populous than 21 other U.S. states. In addition to MSCO, Tribridge Offender360 has been implemented in several other counties in states across the U.S., including California, Colorado and Illinois.

"Like many state and local institutions nationwide, Maricopa County is under close watch to provide streamlined jail management operations and ease sustained burdens on taxpayers as public funds continue to wane," said Josh Jaquish, vice president, Public Sector at Tribridge. "Tribridge Offender360 is already helping agencies like the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office establish a more refined jail management system, one that's both cost-effective and rehabilitory for offenders in the system."

Tribridge Offender360 is highly configurable, cloud-ready, CJIS-compliant jail management software built on the Microsoft platform. Three distinct modules focus on different areas of case management: Offender Management, Facilities Management and Community Corrections Management. Offender360 can be an effective tool for tracking and reducing recidivism and reducing jail overcrowding, as well as evidence-based decision-making to help agencies keep their facilities and communities safer.
