The healthcare industry is rapidly evolving due to various policy changes, societal shifts and technological advances. As a result, healthcare organizations are developing strategies that will help them meet these challenges. Pennsylvania-based St. Luke's University Health Network, wanted to stay ahead of the curve.

The Challenge

St. Luke's University Health Network set several objectives, including:

  • Training allied health professionals, nursing and medical students, and residents and fellows, and attracting them to practice within its service area
  • Improving the level of service provided throughout its network
  • Striving to maximize the satisfaction of its employees and medical staff

St. Luke's selected Cornerstone Learning to support these objectives and also as the vehicle to track and manage the extensive training required to ensure a successful transition to a new electronic medical records (EMR) solution, which would impact a majority of the St. Luke's staff.

The Solution

  • Tribridge Services
    Managed Services: Outsourced Administration
  • Learning Solutions
    Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Cloud

The Result

The Tribridge administrator assigned to St. Luke's was able to take on a large volume of the hands-on work that needed to be completed for a successful pilot testing and population of data into its production environment in preparation for the launch.

"The Tribridge administrator assigned to us demonstrated flexibility, accuracy and excellent communication skills, providing us with weekly progress reports. I'd ask her if she could take on a specific assignment, and she'd always reply, 'Give me a date and we'll get it done for you.'"
