The gamification platform: Cool toy or CRM partner opportunity?

Chuck Ingram, Tribridge Senior Director of the CRM practice was recently featured in an article from TechTarget discussing the addition of gamification to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Gamification can be the solution to issues with customer adoption around CRM. Combining gamification with CRM can motivate people by changing their behavior, for example selling more or improving engagement, by adding a competitive element. Chuck states "We think it's going to create more opportunity for us where we can think of more applications over the customer lifecycle and not just the project."
