Tribridge Announces Partnership with Women in Technology International

TAMPA – (May 8, 2017) – Tribridge has joined Women in Technology International (WITI), the leading global professional organization for women in technology. The partnership will further enhance resources for the Tribridge Women’s Network, the company’s program for the recruitment, retainment and development of female leaders.

The Tribridge Women’s Network is designed to advance gender equality within the growing company and involves women from every level of the organization. Development of the program was based on exhaustive research the company commissioned to benchmark itself against other technology-related companies of similar size and larger.

“While our team at Tribridge consists of more than 40 percent women and growing, our mission is to foster a collaborative environment in which every team member has a voice, diversity is celebrated and opportunities for professional development are encouraged,” said Holly Grogan, chief people officer of Tribridge. “We look forward to leveraging WITI’s national footprint to provide women across our entire organization with opportunities for personal and professional growth.”

WITI’s mission is to help women worldwide achieve unimagined possibilities and transformations through technology, leadership and economic prosperity. The goals of the organization are to transform corporate and media perceptions of women, create a pipeline of women to fill leadership positions in corporate America, and demonstrate that advancing women directly contributes to the prosperity of all.

Tribridge’s partnership with WITI will include individual memberships, event sponsorships and leadership representation in the WITI Tampa Network, as well as recruitment tools for North American and European job postings.
