Chief People Officer
As the Chief People Officer at Tribridge, Holly Grogan is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of Human Resources, Corporate Recruiting and the Tribridge Academy. With over 15 years of experience in executive-level human resource development, employee relations, performance and change management, training and coaching, corporate recruiting, compliance, and compensation and benefits services, Holly's expertise is integral to leading the development and implementation of policies, processes and systems to support our team members.
In her prior role, Holly was Senior Director of Human Resources, and was responsible for ensuring that all HR functions were aligned with the firm's vision and growth strategy. She developed and managed programs designed to improve overall team performance, retention and career progression. Prior to joining Tribridge, Holly served as Vice President of Human Resources for a broadcast facilities company, where she worked as part of the executive team to integrate employees and systems from several companies as a result of a multinational acquisition. She also held director-level HR positions for audiovisual integration and B2B media companies, overseeing strategies that led to a 40 percent growth in employee base. Holly began her career managing HR functions for high-growth companies in the technology space.
Holly is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Georgia State University.
