Laurie Tomasovsky Moore

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Laurie has more than 20 years of experience in project management, system design, consulting and process improvement. In her role at Tribridge, she oversees the strategic direction of the Operations Team. This team encompasses both corporate and field operations, including the Project Management Organization (PMO), Microsoft relations, legal, order management, customer reporting, internal systems and financial reporting. Laurie is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence through the development of policies and procedures that support the team.

Prior to joining Tribridge, Laurie developed and supervised project management teams at organizations including Vention, Skytel and ePartners, which was acquired by Tribridge. While at ePartners, she led a national project management team tasked with streamlining client technology deployments to ensure quality of service, implementation methodology and return on investment. She was also responsible for ePartners’ corporate operations, human resources, recruiting and contract negotiations.

Laurie is passionate about mentoring and developing team member skills, as well as customer service. She holds a degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University and is PMP Certified by the Project Management Institute.
