Vice President, HCM Sales
Chris Cordery has been delivering creative sales solutions to clients for nearly 20 years. He has spent the majority of his professional career in leadership positions with technology and talent management companies. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to support Tribridge’s innovative services, support and technology in the human capital management space.
Prior to joining Tribridge, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Sales at RealMatch, a leader in performance-based recruitment advertising solutions. In this position, he led outside/inside sales, customer care and service and was responsible for all company revenue through new sales, renewals and upsells.
Before RealMatch, Chris spent two years as Vice President of Global Sales at Kenexa, which provides employment and retention solutions. Primarily responsible for global account development, he led a team of more than 70 sales and support staff in North America, London and Berlin. When IBM acquired the company, he became North American Leader for Talent Management – Smarter Workforce, where he had overall responsibility for talent management cloud software and services in the US (commercial and federal government) and Canada. His primary role encompassed sales, partnership/ecosystem, technical sales, product management and implementation. Under Chris' leadership, this business unit grew revenues by 75 percent in one year.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as Managing Director - Americas at Universum Global, a data-led, digital employer branding company, where he was in charge of 120 employees in sales, marketing, research and consulting operations. He also held various positions at CareerBuilder including Division Vice President, Managing Director - Philadelphia, Director of Sales - East Newspaper Team, Area Sales Manager - Dallas, and Area Sales Manager - Philadelphia.
Chris holds a Master of Business Administration with a Management & Leadership Focus from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ithaca College
