Jeff Lynn holds overall responsibility for the operations, strategic direction and growth objectives for the Microsoft and Human Capital Management business groups at Tribridge. With nearly 40 years of experience in the professional services industry, Jeff brings significant business management and technology expertise to the Tribridge team.
Previously, Jeff served as Chief People Officer, where his sole focus was ensuring Tribridge does all it can for team members and overseeing all related areas including Human Resources, Recruiting, and the Tribridge Academy for team member learning and development.
Before being named CPO, Jeff served as the Vice President of Tribridge's Velocity business unit, where he oversaw the strategic direction of the Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV and SL practices. Prior to that, Jeff was Director of Business Integration for Tribridge, where he was responsible for managing the successful incorporation of acquired team members, client services and back-office processes into the firm's national corporate and field operations.
Before joining Tribridge, Jeff was COO of a large Microsoft partner, where he led the integration of 17 acquired companies for that firm's global operations. He also served as Vice President of Dell Professional Services and was responsible for developing the strategy for Dell to enter the professional services business, including the acquisition and integration of a target company. Jeff increased revenues to $250 million from $50 million, while increasing profitability from quarterly losses to a positive contributor to Dell's earnings.
Prior to Dell, Jeff was Compaq's Vice President and General Manager of Professional Services globally, managing a staff of 13,000 people and $3 billion in revenue, and before that position led a global team of 500 industry experts and $175 million in revenue as Vice President of Global Finance Industry Consulting for IBM Global Services. Jeff was President and Founder of FinExc Group, a business technology firm that worked with financial services clients, which was acquired by IBM as part of their consulting services. Earlier in his career, Jeff earned partnership at Ernst & Young, where he developed and managed the consulting business serving financial companies. He has also held a number of positions in the financial services sector, including Vice President of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and Vice President at Citibank.
Jeff serves as Chair of The CEO Trust in Manhattan and on the Board of Visitors of the McDonald Observatory, a research unit of The University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from MIT.
