Director of Customer Care
Sue Gamache is the Director of Customer Care at Tribridge. With more than 20 years’ of experience, she ensures customer loyalty, satisfaction and support by developing and implementing incentive and retention programs, procedures and policies. She monitors business processes and metrics to measure program effectiveness to ensure superior customer service. Sue and her team have been instrumental in leading the organization to a 98% customer satisfaction rating.
Previous to her current role, Sue served as a Customer Care Practice Manager with Tribridge for more than 7 years and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care department. Prior to joining Tribridge, Sue worked in customer care roles at Navint Consulting and Navisite, where she provided customer support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM product lines.
Sue graduated from Mount Washington College. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). As much as she can, she volunteers with Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
